Filthy restraunt and men's restroom

A friend and I stopped in at this Taco Cabana this afteroon around 2:30 pm or so. My friend commented on how dirty the place looked as we approached at the cashier. Everthing looked dirty - the floors, the grill, and the chicken roaster.

The food was good but the looks of the place did not add to our enjoyment of our food. While we were eating, my friend went to the men's restroom. Upon returning he commented, "You should see the restroom. It is filty. The floor is dirty and the commode is filty dirty."

When we left, he commented again that the floors looked as if they were dirty from not been cleaned properly for days, not just today. I agreed..

We are San Marcos, and we certainly appreciate the cleanlinesss ,and the managers there who see that the business is always extremely clean. On very few occasions have I seen anything that was not being taken care of while I was there. This San Marcos business is a prime example of how a Taco Cabana should be operated, but we cannot say that for this one in San Antonio. Shame on the managers!

Took forever for someone to come to take order. When Jasmine did come, 2 people waiting, I ordered and tried to pay. Only had a $100 bill and a few ones. This was at 6 PM and she said they did not have change. Should have warning on door. This is a national chain. I even asked other lady working and she blew me off. I had to cancel some of order so I could at least take my husband, who was at BAMC and had just had his leg amputated the day before some food we love. Usually eat at Boerne store. Always friendly and takes anyone's money. I told her I would sure fill out the survey and when I left she said now you have a nice day. I explained to her about my husband and how upsetting it was and she had the nerve to yell back instead of just saying I am sorry. Lost my business. So very thankful they do not work for me! Wish owner would review video! Two people would not have a job.
