I had never used Steam Master Cleaning until today and I am so thankful that I did. I appreciate the fact that they call before getting to your home and when they get there the van and equiptment are in perfect condition and clean. Also, the emplyee is sharply dressed, professional and friendly.



Another thing is that he didn't try to push me to buy all the "extras." He explained everything to me, I knew what I wanted and that is what I got.

This company & it's employes offer great customer service. I called STEAM MASTER CLEANING and received same day service. I moved to SA into a rental property and the carpets were still dirty with stains from the last tenant. I would ask for Bryan Davenport as your technician because right away he knew what treatment to use for each stain. As far as the carpets, they felt new again and I'm very pleased with the service I received for a great price. Also I want to add that not only do they work on carpets but Bryan was able to restore my sofa that I had in storage and made it look and smell like new. I'm very happy the service I received and thank you Bryan for doing an excellent job!

THE CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS HORRIBLE!!! THE COMPANY CAME OUT ON SATURDAY AND CALLED ME ON MONDAY THAT MY CREDIT CARD "HADN'T GONE THROUGH", I CHECKED MY BANK AND IT SHOWED 2 PENDING TRANS. (OVER $500 EACH) THEN THE REPRESENTATIVE ACCUSED ME OF NOT HAVING THE FUNDS AVAILABLE AND THATS WHY HE DIDNT GET PAID. ANYONE WHO KNOWS HOW A DEBIT/CREDIT CARD WORKS KNOWS THAT YOU CAN NOT HAVE AN ITEM PENDING IF THE FUNDS WERE NOT AVAILABLE, THE TRANSACTION WOULD HAVE BEEN COMPLETELY DENIED IF THAT WAS THE CASE. THE REP THEN STATED HE WOULD REPORT ME FOR FAILURE TO PAY, I ADVISED I WOULD PAY WHEN BOTH HOLDS WERE RELEASED FROM PENDING STATUS.

Great Job! My sister used Steam Master Cleaning in San Antonio and highly recommended them. I decided to use them to clean my carpet, sofa, tile and grout and they did a great job on all three. They arrived on time and the staff was very knowledgeable, professional and courteous. They did a great and I will definitely use them again and recommend them to all my friends and co workers. Great knowledge of carpets and high standards of quality, nothing was left unfinished. The carpet looked noticeably better.
