We have been waiting 3 hours to get seen by the so called doctor. I am very frustrated with these idiots that work at this office. Don't bring your kids here. I am now looking for a new doctors office for my children. Worst place ever. The staff needs to brush their teeth cause everyone I speak to has some foul breath. So gross, it is simple hygiene.

This is the 3rd time and last time we will be seen at this clinic. On our first visit we waited 2 hours over our appointment time, where we were given another doctor to see that could see us quicker...Really, after 2 hours as a new patient???!!. Our 2nd visit was over an hour of our appointment time. This time our appointment was 3:50 and we were not put in a room until 5:08. After a short time with the doctor we left and went to the pharmacy to fill my daughters meds. Come to find out we were given someone else's papers. So, we rushed back to the clinic before they closed to get it corrected. Upon asking what the mix up was....Oh I don't know, I was told by the lady at the front desk as she laughed. It is now 6:36 and we just made it home, we live 2 lights away!. We live on Huebner and Babcock. Can you say RIDICULOUS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I took off early to pickup my daughter from school and be there ON TIME, which obviously means nothing to your staff as they have no open communication about "Hey we are sorry but we are running behind" the minute you check in. I will be transferring somewhere else in the Medical area ASAP.

My daughter was sent for testing for a heart condition. Results were suppose to be given to me in 24 hrs. It took 3 weeks of me calling everyday. I spoke to manager and even regional manager. I didnt get answers until I cursed them out. They put me on hold then when they came back on,said all her test were fine and negative but they still referred her to a cardiologist. Once at the cardiologist i found out that my daughter did indeed test positive for an autoimmune disease as well as heart deformation. I pulled all 3 of my children from this office.

There is a special place in hell for these people that work at Huebner location.

I've been coming here for about 11 years because the Dr. we saw was fantastic but she's left the group.The office staff looks like they have been or will be on either the Jerry Springer show or Cops. The wait time is ridiculously long(up to 2 hrs.) There is no 'Sick Child' area so your healthy kid is being coughed and sneezed on. The waiting area is filthy as is the staff. What happened to this place????!!! It's gross and resembles a 'third world country' arena. I would run away as fast as you can. This place is a health hazard.

Called to place appt. for my daughter for the past two months and no one wants answer the freaking phone or you are put on hold for minutes on end...then if they do answer they put you on hold and then they hang up... so damn tired of them...fire the whole damned staff

This is the worst office ever!!!! I can never get through to speak to anyone; I have even tried to go through the doctor’s line, without success. I was not impressed on our first visit with Dr. Olga Cajas, whose bedside manner is awful (very rude and not friendly)and we waited forever!!! I tried to give their office the benefit of the doubt but as I deal with them it is worse and worse. I can never get an appointment for my child if she is sick. My daughter had a physical and when she returned to school they required for a form to be filled out for sports, when I called the office the medical assistant said oh yes we have a standard form we can fill out for you, I said "great"!! They would not fax the form to the school for me, the medical assistant said I can’t because I don’t know if we are really faxing it to where you say we are. I told her your sending it to my daughters school she said no we can’t fax it. I asked them to call when the form was ready for pick up. I never received a call and had to go to the office to check the status. When I picked up the form all it was, was the hearing exam and vision test she had done during the physical on a letter head. I left a form for them to fill out and almost 2 weeks have gone by and I did not receive a call from them and I again could not get through to their office. When I finally reached the medical assistant she said “I don't see the form, it must not be filled out yet," oh yeah and it’s because the doctor has been out of the office for a week. I asked the medical assistant to give me a call back before their office closed to let me know if it was going to filled out or not. She said ok I will call you back before the office closes..... Guess what.... no call back!!! So they call today and leave a message saying oh the physical your child had was not a sports physical so the doctor needs to see her again so we can do a sports physical. GEEEEEEEEZZZZ they could not have informed us of this from the beginning... so needless to say my poor child has been denied the opportunity to try out for sports because we could not manage to get a form filled out for a whole month by an incompetent office. I was also shocked by the office staff appearance as well, there were several young ladies in the office who had bandana’s wrapped around their heads like gang members?!?!?!?! Are you kidding me??? This is a doctor’s office for children!!!! May I remind you this office is in the medical center not in the “hood”. Run far and fast from this ghetto office, find your children a provider who cares and who will actually schedule you appointment when your child is sick.

I want to say that the only reason I am not going to switch my sons primary care doctor to some else is because the office is so close to home. This place should be shut down just because of the stupidity of the doctors and staff. Do not bother calling them they are so lazy they will put you on hold for at least 45 minutes that is if you are lucky enough they even answer the phone, and then they hang up on you. I am not exaggerating one bit about what I have written, and about to write. The first time I went to this office as soon as I walked in the door I got a brisk yummy smell of crap. I brushed it off and thought to myself if you have to go you have to go. After about 1 hour after my appointment time I started to realize the smell would get stronger every time the receptionist walked by. I can not remember her name but I swear to you i seen crap on the side of her pants (JUST NASTY). The floors were dirty and the place was messy, and for some reason they cannot master their computer.

Worst experience ever! Had an appointment scheduled at 10 in the morning, after 45 minutes waiting, i asked the receptionist how much longer is the wait her response was he(my son) will be seen next which was not the case. Twelve o'clock came around and was notified that Dr. Linda Holley was not at the Huebner location. Waste of my time!! Receptionist sent me to wrong location and did not say anything when asked which doctor was my son scheduled to see as I was signing in. The receptionist is incompetent, rude, and they should all be fired including the person who hired these morons!

If you're even thinking of going there, DON'T GO THERE!!!! We waited TWO hours before seeing a Dr. Is this place really a pediatric clinic? Really? The clinic makes me think of a prison. Peeling paint, holes in walls, dirty, only junky chairs in the waiting room. Not a single magazine, book, toy or child's chair. Stark white walls. One very poor quality tv, difficult to even see the show through all its static. There wasn't a bathroom in the waiting area. The "receptionist" had to buzz me through their doors to get to it and then it was filthy. No stickers for the kids when they left, no reward, not even a "good job!".

This office is a disgrace to doctors offices. Do not take your children here. Every time I call I have to wait over 15 minutes just to talk to someone. When I get there the wait is 1-2 hours just to see the doctor. They never have anything together. Need referrals for a special needs child forget it. U will have to keep calling and asking because no one has there stuff together. Completely rideculous. Worst pediatric clinic I have ever taken my children too.
