I highly recommend Sears Repair sevices.
We've had Sears out to repair our Samsung washer 3 times, the first time was 3 years ago for a pump. The service man was on time, very professional and even advised me about getting an appliance protection plan. That has saved us a lot of money. The 2nd repair was a leak in the detergent dispenser last year. Done promptly and very well. Just 2 months ago my tub in the Samsung washer completely separated from the machine. Only because it was on back order did i have to wait 6 weeks for a repair. Everyone I called for updates everyone I spoke to was courteous and helpful. Once parts arrived they were out and had my machine fixed in a couple if days.

The scheduling and back office are abysmal! I had to call a computer 6 times to confirm an appointment made by the first technician. 5 times the computer hung up on me during a required transfer to a person. After confirming the appointment, Sears still cancelled the appointment WITHOUT notifying me. It is a wonder that Sears still exists with such blatant disrespect for prepaid customers.
The tech was nice and capable, but having my Sears mower out of service for over 3 months of mowing season due to Sears back office designed incompetence is unacceptable on any scale.

Once we finally actually got a repairman to show up, the service was terrific. However, they scheduled THREE times and never showed up! O It's terrible. I had to take THREE days of work to get my washer repaired.That is unacceptable. I am completely dissatisfied.

your service tech GEORGE was very professional and wasted no time getting into the problem with our ice maker. he had the part on his truck. with the new part installed he was unable to make the ice maker work because a solenoid was also bad which he had to order. The part came in in three days but the service dept. told us the tech could not come back for more than two weeks. Luckily GEORGE left his number in case he was in the area. This worked out well as he was in our area two days after the part came in and we had ice two weeks before our scheduled date.

Called them to come out to fix my Kenmore washer. 1st guy showed up 4 hours late and claimed to have fixed the problem. Nope still doing the same thing. Called the 1800 number to schedule him to come back. Couldn't come back until 3 days later. I wait my 4 hour time frame the day of the repair. Call Sears since he isn't there yet. They assure me he is on the way. Another 2 hours pass and he still hasn't shown up so I call back and they say oh yeah we need to reschedule that how is next Wednesday?

I say no I want to know why I spent all day waiting for the repair guy to come and he never showed up. Their response the technician didn't put any notes in as to

I had my refrigerator freezer fixed on Saturday, July 2. Originally the visit was scheduled for Thursday but because of over scheduling, it was changed to Saturday. the young man came in and went right to work, took the bad part out and said that he had this part in his truck. He went to the truck and then came back in and put the new pat in. This took less than 15 minutes...or rather he was gone in 15 minutes and my refrigerator freezer was on the road back to getting cold again. I believe that his name was Ray Cervantes and if I ever need repairs on my Kenmore appliances, I hope that he will be the one to come out.

First guy couldn't figure out what was wrong but called someone else and concluded the problem was with a circuit board - took a week for someone else to come out and put it in - paid 500 bucks for this and the problem is still not resolved.

The repair man who repaired my Ref. came on time, identified him self. He was very knowledgeable about my old ref. and was courteous. If fact I would want to have him if any thing else goes wrong with any of our appliances. Sears you have a winner in him!!

The lawn mower repairman did an excellent job servicing my tractor lawn mower. The reason I did not give a 5 star is because of scheduling. I was told he would be here sometime between 8 and 5. After staying home all day, he showed up at 5:30. I know this was not his fault. I believe Sears needs to do a much better job of scheduling.

Had service call done this week. Per ad, 124.95. This was to provide an estimate on repairs and if repairs were done, the 124.95 would be applied to the bill. and the Ice maker is advertised for 96.97 on their web page. so break down- charge be 219.00 for labor. 104.98 for the ice maker total due 291.44 with tax. Guess i was the fool since I did not check my receipt for the correct prices and labor charge. Give it to the repair man for sticking this one to me eh? Our family has been a sears customer since 1905. Guess its time to move onto another company and hope they provide a fair "?" and proper pricing on the ticket for services? Anyway, this one is on me. Fool me once...never again!

First service call was canceled by technician. He said my phone was disconnected. Sears had confirmed appt (on my phone) the day before.

Diagnostic fee is very high $124. Diagnosis is my refrigerator (3 yrs old from SEars) is a lemon. I need to buy a new one.

Sears does not stand behind their products and is willing to sell crap.

Two times in one week no-show by repair man. The first one claims he could not get anyone on the phone. There was no evidence of a call. The second repairman never showed and closed the ticket as though the job had been done. Again never a call or knock at the door as I waited inside. Sears would not accommodate me to make up for their mistakes. Simply wanted me to come home and wait another 2-3 hours. I am done with Sears Repair services.

GE WASHER, have had four repair calls on it over a 12 months period. Bought it at Sears, the repair men say it is a LEMON and need s to be replaced. Sears needs to step up and stand behind what they sell. Sears has really gone down hill over the years.

Our Refrigerator went out the first week of November and was told it was 2 days before Thanksgiving before the first available appointment..but she would order the parts. I wondered how she could possibly know what parts to order and sure enough when the repairman came 2 days before Thanksgiving it was the wrong parts. Needless to say Thanksgiving was ruined with no refrigerator and with 10 kids we NEED a fridge. More parts were ordered and next available appointment was again 2 1/2 weeks condenser installed only to find the fridge continued to leak...not repairable. Good news is I had purchased the 5 year extended warranty because this is the 3rd major repair on this top of the line Kenmore Elite fridge costing 2800.00!!! We are 5 days away from Christmas and waiting for approval for the replacement fridge......Sears SERIOUSLY needs to hire more technicians to have quicker service. The repairman was excellant, knowledgable and very is Sear's incredibly delayed turn around time to get a repairman there that seriously sucks.

Arrived on time and did work to make the dryer work but evidently didn't take the time to find out why the dryer blew a fuse in the first place. 4 days later we are without a dryer again after waiting a week and 1/2 for an appointment! I am probably never going to buy a Sears appliance again strictly because of their service.
