St Rose of Lima Church

was attending a beautiful service in chapel Divine Mercy Chaplet sung together then mass...in adoaration felt compelled and moved to kneel to receive communion but when I did..father shook his head "NO", pulled my arm up and said to "DO NOT EVER DO THAT AGAIN, I WILL NOT ALLOW YOU TO RECEIVE COMMUNION AGAIN." felt ashamed, embarrassed, and angry. haven't been to mass there since then..Very disappointmented. had been a Roman catholic all my life. married in catholic church, have all sacraments, I know my catechism. this is wrong.

I did an Acts Retreat and I was not part of the parish but my family is. It was a beautiful experience and I was treated as part of the family and have kept in contact with many of the wounderful people who attend this church
