        Overall

        My husband dropped off his uniforms and other items Monday and told him it would be ready Friday. We can Saturday morning to pick up and no one was here. Business hours say they would be open till 1pm. Tried calling number on door, nothing. No one answered. Very unprofessional

        Horrible service

        Dropped off military assault pack to have it altered on Saturday and was told itd be ready Tuesday after 12pm. Gave them until Wednesday morning and went to pick it up. Bag hadn't even been touched. Sorry costumer service. Had one lady sewing while the other two did god only knows what....
