My daughter and I have been trying for a week to obtain her certificate so that she can take her driving test that is scheduled for tomorrow. We continue to get the run around and have yet to recieve the promised return call. We've been up to the school three times and either no one is there or the front desk personnel tell us they have no authority. Becky, the director, said she could not give us the certificate until she verified classroom attendance with the instructor back in January. My daughter attended every class, obtained her permit, completed every drive and now she's being penalized for poor record-keeping on the part of the instructors. They do not allow the students to sign-in, but rather said to the class, "Is everyone here? Great I'll give everyone a hundred." They failed to record her attendance and quiz grade and now 7 months later when she's ready to test, she cannot. This is incredibly unfair to a good and responsible child, great student, and hard-working person. She's done everything asked of her and we paid nearly $400 to be mistreated. Question: If she didn't attend the classes, how was she ever able to schedule and complete all of her drives? This is absurd and terribly unprofessional on the part of Becky and her instructor Mr. V - who also had the students drive him through the Burger King drive-thru to get food while he was supposed to be teaching them. Drives never started on time and they always ended early. The entire experience has cause me and my daughter immense stress and disappointment. Now, she'll have to repeat classes and wait another month to reschedule her test. This is so unfair!! I'm truly heart-broken for her and disgusted with Rhodes Driving School.

Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere! The woman at the front desk is very unprofessional, rude, has no class whatsoever (Eckhert location). My son enjoyed his instructor for the classroom portion, but is now having trouble trying to schedule the driving portion (you have to register online and the school needs to activate the account - we are still waiting). I have called the school and it just goes to voicemail or she picks up the phone and hangs up. I have had to call the North Central location to get anything done (the woman there, on the other hand, is very helpful and nice).
Worst business experience of my life!
You can not schedule a drive on their computer system. The staff is incredibly rude and act as if they are doing you a favor by speaking to you. The driver enjoys intimidating high school girls. I saw one in tears requesting a different driver and they would not give her one. This is the most sloppy operation I have ever witnessed!
they are punch of thieves...they charged me $300 by mistake and when i asked them to refund me, they want to charge me $15 fee for breaking a contract that i never signed because they charged me by mistake and also they wanted to charge me the credit card machine fee and i had to wait 2 weeks to get my money back
