I have been getting fall check ups from Comfort Air for over five years--since they installed my Carrier A/C system on July 3, 2003. Comfort Air has been doing both a spring check up and a fall check up for me every year and they have been thorough and very professionall in every aspect of their service. I have recommended them to family members and friends ever since. Comfort Air has always been outstanding every time they have performed service for my family and me. Keep up the good work Comfort Air and keep rooting for the Lonhorns until they turn that football program around. Thanks for the opportunity to provide comments on a very professional organization.

I really like the fact that Comfort -Air postively responds to my request for the same technician year after year.....it is indeed the best customer service value I know and definitely a distinct credit to the founders of this company.

Comfort Air has serviced both of our units for many years. We were told years ago by another company that we needed thousands of dollars in repairs and got a "second opinion"! Turns out none of those were necessary. Each spring and fall we have the units checked and have been very satisfied with the service. They are extremely friendly, on time and most of all HONEST!

I first used Comfort-Air this summer when recommended by a friend. Excellent customer service, helpful technician that answered questions other companies had not been able to. Highly recommend them.

The service technicians from Comfort Air always show the highest degree of professionalism whenever they are called to the house. We have been customers of theirs for almost 10 years.

As they have for many years for us, Comfort-Air came out to the house today to check both our upstairs and downstairs heating units. Louis Huerta was both very friendly and professional. He asked me where we keep our extra filters, and when I said in the attic, he offered to go up to the attic to get them, although it was not an easy task. I can't remember the last time I experienced such over-the-top, wonderful, professional customer service. It's incredible that a Comfort-Air technician comes out, checks your heaters and changes your filters, and in our case climbs around two separate attics, and there is no charge (until the next visit in the spring). I highly recommend Comfort Air Engineering. You won't find this kind of service elsewhere!

We had Comfort Air Engineering perform out annual fall check-up again for about the sixth year. As always, the technician did a very professional job of inspecting our equipment. He answered several questions we had about the unit and gave us tips on what to do to keep our unit clean and working properly.

We are always pleased with the service, expertise that the company gives. We have used them exclusively for at least a decade or more. The servicemen are all polite, on time, and we simply have not had any complaints. We highly recommend them.

We were disappointed in our last chekc up we did not think it was through. It was cose to getting off time an he was in a hurry to leave. He did not check the filters. My husband aske him if he did and he claimed that he did but they were not cleaned.

This is the first and original AC company in SA with the name Comfort. They are so good, several other companies have put the name Comfort in their name. They have been servicing my family since my grandparents and now they do all of our work. Comfort Air Engineering are made up of a great group of folks who are honest and fair.
