first time order for delivery never again will i do that, ordered a pizza at 5:50 pm did not get it until 8:45 pm, never had a bad experience before on pickup. What was suppose to be a enjoyable dinner turned into a nightmare. Call Pizza Hut HQ and they did good for the lousy service this location does on their delivery and I only live less than 8 minutes from them
Stay Away. Pizza was over 2 hours late. This is not the first time either. It had been a couple of months since the first 2 hour late incident so i decided to try them again. Now I feel crazy. I tried the same thing and expected different results. There is no one responsible working there. The franchise owner must not care either.
Pizza arrived an hour and 20 minutes after ordered. They put two medium pizzas in a large box. It was cold. We ordered ranch with our wings and was given icing which made the wings inedible. One of the pizzas ordered comes with a glaze for the crust. They didn't put the glaze on before cooking the pizza and just threw it in the box. Called and the call center said the manager was going to call us in a few minutes. At 10pm, an hour before they closed and an hour after I was told the manager was going to call, I decided to head over there. The manager wasn't working that day and the guy behind the counter didn't handle the situation well at all and told me I should of brought the order back and that the best he could do was remake one of the pizzas. I told him, that's why I wanted to talk to the manager. He said he was going to tell me the same thing. Called the call center again and was only given a 25 dollar credit when the order was 37 bucks, I still haven't received a call from a manager.
I Live in the area and my best advice is to stay away. This location has the worst customer service and food quality. They tend to blame the call center but today i received a pizza with raw dough!! they refused to give me a refund even though I was more than happy to provide the unfinished, undercooked pizza. Luckily the call center was professional enough to provide me a credit for future purchases at another location. Historically, this location has never improved in either category. Please make every attempt to try somewhere else, since Pizza Hut management does not really care to improve on customer satisfaction.

Ordered online, and never got our food. When we called, they stated that the drive was trying to reach me with the phone number provided. Call history of cell phone shows no such attempts. Management was rude, and unapologetic for their lack of effort. Will NEVER order from this place again.
