Overall
Terrible service and trying to take advantage of customers!

was originally taking him to Petsmart but decided to leave when the groomer insisted he had fleas on him but couldnt show me a single one. Then insisted he was a poodle mix , hes not. Then tried to tell me that because he was too young for a flea bath they could only groom him if I agreed to let them use their special hypoallergenic bath because if they leave it on for 10 minutes it would "drown the fleas". I asked how much that extra charge would be and they said 6 dollars. So I agreed on the condition that they showed me a policy stating that was necessary and the bottle that labeled it as a flea treatment. They couldn't and said that it was just what their vet recommended. So I asked what vet and they said they didn't have one? but that their personal experience was that vets recommend Dawn for killing fleas in small puppies. So I asked why they weren't using Dawn and they said they didn't carry it. Then when I told them to leave they told me that his harness would mat his fur (I know which is why I don't leave it on) and that he definitely was a poodle mix and everyone would agree.

I asked to speak to a manager because I said it wasn't appropriate to trick customers into paying 6 dollars extra to treat fleas with a product not labeled for that purpose. I was quickly told she was the salon manager (no name tags on any of them) and that she would look into changing that policy (that I was told wasn't a formal one just their idea). I'm done with Petsmart.
