Returned to Nagels today for my second purchase. Their selection is hard to beat and prices are competitive (unless compared to online prices). Ask for Fast Eddie, he's very friendly and knows what he's talking about. If you are wanting an FFL transfer, I would look elsewhere. They will only transfer if it is an item they don't carry and the fee is high.

The sales people at Nagel's I work with are friendly and they know what I am talking about when I describe it. Pricing there is the best I know of and I shop around. I read those other negative reviews and believe them to be dishonest. Nowhere else in the San Antonio has their inventory, period. My experiences at Nagel's have been good to excellent. I will return.

The staff here is very knowledgeable in a variety of areas, and if the person you are talking to doesn't know they will be more than happy to get someone who does. The prices on new guns are PHENOMENAL. A new 226 is going for 759! (At the time I'm writing this) In used guns there was so much it was a little overwhelming, but the staff was more than happy to help me look. Will definitely be going back.

Outstanding customer service and staff bent over backwards to make sure every question was answered. They took the time to show me all the merchandise I was considering and when I left and compared my purchase price and experience to other shops, I knew I made the right choice. I went here as a first time gun buyer that is active duty military. The place had a massive used selection with new models in back. More accessories, knives, clothing and firearms, both classic and new than you can shake a stick at. There is definite grit to the place in a good way. No-frills shopping experience which is exactly what i was looking for.

The service was exceedingly helpful. Being familiar with the m-16/m-4/ar15 platform only, the salesman was the most friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful that I've encountered in a long time while i learned about different handguns, choices, and options. This is now my gun store. No others needed. They've got a customer for life. 10/10, would buy from again.

I found there web site on line, found the gun i wanted and had some ?'s so I called the on the land line ie phone the first person didn't have all the answers i needed but they said they were sure someone else could give me the answers i needed! I spoke with a gentlemen named Todd, not only did he answer all my questions but some i didn;t know i had. my order was placed and guns shipped the same day . my whole experiance was conducted in a top notch manner i wouldn't stop for a second in doing business with them again . I saw the other reviews and gave them a try, i think you should as well . My dealings with them has been five star all the way and I am a Picky guy
