Worst experience ever! Waited all day for no one to call or show. At 8pm, I was finally called and asked what was going on, and questioned about whether or not my leaking appliance was even really broken because the repair guy "didn't feel like" coming to fix it. Wtf???

Required to be home between 11 & 5 for dishwasher repair. It's Friday. Got a call at 3 asking me if the technical showed up. I said no and they said OK and hung up. No show. No call. I called back to Lowe's told them the company didn't show and rescheduled with another company. Now I have to use more vacation time to be home from 8am - 12pm on Monday. This is not what my vacation time is used for. What is wrong with these companies?? People have jobs and waiting for nothing doesn't pay. Ugh so irritated right now. They get a ZERO FIVE THUMBS �������������������� but one star to documenta bad rating.

Great service! I have NO complaints. Came out and repaired out dishwasher drain motor quickly and effectively. Very nice and courteous. We are very happy! :)

I was recommended this company by LG, I also checked their BBB rating before I called. In my experience they are rude, incompetent liars and that’s being polite. 6 weeks after showing up for multiple service calls, twice without the necessary tools, twice not showing up for an agreed appointment, not returning phone calls, replacing a part that was under warranty (the service was not) they finally admitted they could not fix the refrigerator and blamed LG. When they replaced the condenser, they told me it would take several hours for the fridge to cool (not unreasonable) and charged me $450 with a 90 day warranty. Mike agreed to refund this money minus the service charge, after several calls to a very rude manager, being told the check is in the post etc., I’m still trying to get my money back. They are the worst company I’ve ever had to deal with. I've only given them 1 star because I can't post with no stars.

Horrible company and dishonest! I waited 5 days for an appointment after Home Depot scheduled them to come out. They were a no show and when i called, they were closed. Called again the next morning and the lady was completely rude and said that if I didn't answer the phone they didn't come out? I got a call from them the morning of the appointment confirming the appointment and I stated yes I would be here. Then she claims that that was Home Depot calling and not them and that I wasn't in their system at all. Called Home Depot back and rescheduled and requested another company, not Mikes to come out. This company is not to be trusted!

Horrible service....very dishonest. They were contracted through Lowes to come out and repair a 10 month old Samsung refrigerator. Appt was set for 8 am -12 noon after several phone calls at 11 am I was told they had not pulled all the work orders yet!! When the technician finally arrived they could not fix we were told that Samsung would contact us within 24 hrs about a replacement. After 5 days we called Mike's and Mike himself told us that all paperwork was in. A call to Samsung revealed that was a lie. They had not heard from since the original call 5 days ago. So here I am 10 days with no refrigerator. Lowes needs to take a look at who they are dealing with. They have gotten involved and are trying to make it right but I am not sure I will buy any other appliances from them again because of this experience.

Awful Service and plain dishonest!!! DO not use this company!

Recently bought our 1st home and have a 1 year warranty thru Home Warrantly of America. Our ice maker went out 3 months in and we filed a claim which was sent to Mike's appliance service. After making the appointment they stood us up once and rescheduled twice. After finally showing up 2 weeks later they came with the wrong part... said they would order it and let me know. After two weeks of calling and texting to find the status I called HWA and complained. They said they have received multiple complaints about Mike's Appliance Service company and I was assigned to another vendor who took care of the problem the very next day. HWA did a great job minus the fact that they should NOT do business with Mike's Appliance Service. Wish I could give 0 stars...

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

My 88 year old grandmother has a A/C under warranty and was told to use Mike's Appliances for service. Yes, they came out the next day and pinpointed the problem. The tech said he'd order the part and be back in a week.

2 MONTHS later nothing! I called weekly and got the run around. Finally I was able to go high up with the manufacturer and had him send another service company out and replaced the part within a day!

Not only did they give me horrible customer service, when the manufacturer called Mike's to ask about my Grandmother's service order, he was told they had no record of her needing any part! WHAT?!

I will never use them or recommend them!

Horrible phone etiquette. Took down my information incorrectly and blamed me. Also, they screwed up my apointment time and also tried to blame me for that as well. The worse part is their lack of professionalism.

This "business" doesn't even d...

This "business" doesn't even deserve one star. Communication is horrendous; do not keep appointment times; don't order parts when they say they have; don't call to indicate they are running late, etc. To top it all off, they send a serviceman out to sees the problem with the appliance, then send the "owner" out who says there is no problem. Unfortunately our very expensive appliance was out for 2-3 weeks; then started working again mysteriously when owner was there... no diagnostics nothing.. just flat refusal to do anything. Appliances do NOT fix themselves... horrible horrible horrible company... Do not recommend to anyone. Contacted Lowes and they confirmed several complaints had been filed with them as well. Also check BBB - they have a couple of complaints filed too.

This is the second no show from this company. I was given a 11-5pm time slot and i tried to call company at 4:45pm and no one answered. I continued to call but could not reach anyone. Ge scheduled this appointment for warranty on my dishwasher. Second no call no show. BEWARE.

They deserve ZERO stars. This is the WORST company I have ever dealt with!!!! DO NOT USE THEM!!! Very rude/unhelpful customer service reps and manager in the office. They could care less about customer service. Their technicians are incompetent - they misdiagnosed our washer, upcharged parts, and over a 2 week period came out 3 times and charged us over $250 and yet FAILED TO FIX THE PROBLEM!!!! I called another company who came out same day, correctly diagnosed the problem, and fixed it for 1/4 of what this company tried to charge us. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! We purchased a refigerator at Lowes, and we're now on the 3rd model. In any event, Lowes contracted with this company to come out and fix the fridge. They never showed up. The CSR left a message on my home line indicating that if I didn't call back in 10 minutes, my service appointment would be rescheduled. Never attempted to call the cell phone. When I called back, the rude CSR sent me to an even ruder manager who proceded to tell me she didn't care if I took the day off and that their policy is a 10 minute return call. I told her off, filed a complaint with Lowes, and ended up getting a different company that did a great job (General Service Company - 210-599-8723). You've been warned.

I used them because my fridge was under warranty and this was the company that got assigned to us. Call in the problem around last Thanksgiving. Took 5 visits to fix the problem.



1. First technician came out and essentially told me that my crusher wasn't working because I had ice build up, even though I told him plastic pieces had fallen out through the crusher.



2. Had to call back and have another technician come out, This technician got it and said he'd order the part.



3. A couple weeks later when the part came in it was the wrong part. Technician said he'd order the right part



4. I swear we got the owner this time, not sure, but he came to bring the part and the wrong part had been ordered again! He was frustrated. Asked good questions, apologized, and were confident that the right part would get ordered this time.



5. Final visit was more than 2 months after our initial appointment. Got the right part finally!



Most frustrating thing about the whole process was the fact that when they schedule you for an appointment they give you an 8am-5pm window. And rarely came before 3:30pm (often came as I was having to go pick my kids up from school). Was frustrated that anytime they scheduled me I knew I was pretty much loosing my whole day. Annoying.



Thanks goodness I didn't have to pay for their service. Would NEVER call them if in the future. Even if we have a warranty fix again, will request another company.

The service is horrible. They never call back as promised. They are not punctual at all. It took me more than a month to get my washer repaired. If they ever offer service to you look the other way and run as fast as you can. I would actually rate it a "0".

Terrible business! Set up an appointment after referral with Lowes Warranty service. Had to wait over a week for the appointment date. Morning of the day they are supposed to show up I call them to confirm the time. Lady on the phone says they have no record of the appointment. What a waste of time. Unbelievable!!! Called Lowes warranty to complain and they can't even get them to answer their phone. Now I have to wait another day for a referral to what I hope will be a better repair company. What a negative experience!!!

Do not waste your time with these people. I took off work, they never showed, never called. They tried to say they called at 8 pm, which is not between 12-5 like they had said would be the repair time. I told them I have caller ID on both phones, and there was never a call. When I called two days later to see what happened, they did not apologize and I could see it would be a joke of a situation so called LG and told and apparently I am not the first to complain about them. Don't waste your time.

Do not use this company!!!!! I would not give it even one star if I could.

We used this company originally to fix a dryer, we dropped it off, it was a simple fix, and the price was reasonable.

So we decided to use them again when we had problems with our washer, and fridge.

*Through the course of 3 weeks, there were many phone calls, none returned, and when I did talk to someone they were unhelpful, and rude.

I received about 4 different story's about my parts and the status.

*I was never actually given an estimate, after several requests, I guess they were just going to show up and charge me whatever.

*Someone called one day to say they were 10 minutes away, no one had even called me back by that point, and when I called the office, she assured me no one would ever just "show up" with out making an appointment first, seems they were wrong!!!

* I did pay the fee for Mike to come out and look, which he did very little of. He told another technician the wrong part for the washer, since he didn't bother opening it up to even look at it, the technician was very frustrated as well, and said this was not the first time this had happened.

*Mike told me he would call the fridge company because he had never seen the problem before and get back to me, he never did. Then I heard several other storys from, the part was ordered, to no part was ordered, to all of his guys have worked on this problem.

*To this day,BOTH of my items are STILL BROKEN, after two people came out, and both did the exact same thing. Waste of my time, and money!!!!! Don't waste yours. Im in the remolding, and decorating business, and give out a lot of referrals for a lot of great companies...Bad referrals seem to travel much faster,. this will be on the top of my list!!!!!
