Service Gone Bad

This restaurant used to be one of my favorites for many years until my last visit.The person taking the orders was trying to multi task but was awful at it.She asked for my order and yet I could hear her ringing up the customer at the drive-thru window.The part that bothered me was that she did this three times and everytime she attended a new customer she would just stay silent with me and I had to repeat what I was ordering so I was unsure she just getting everything I was ordering.I asked if she had down what I ordered and she responded with an attitude.I ordered two meals.I decided to let it slide and proceeded to the drive-thru window to pay.No smile and the site of her fingernails was gross.Someone who works with food should at least have clean finger nails since that's what a customer see's when handing over the money to pay.I paid and then waited for a few minutes to receive the food from the next window.This person who spoke spanish asked me for my receipt and I gave it to her with no problem since I wanted to make sure I received all my order.Well she ended up only giving me burgers and drinks.I informed the woman that I was missing my fries and she asked for my receipt AGAIN.By that time I was getting frustrated.Then she tried arguing with me that i only ordered burgers when my receipt simply stated MEALS.She insisted that I don't get fries.She ignored me when I asked to speak to a mgr and he would of not been any help because with the looks of the gestures he made was that he had no idea what she was saying.She ended up giving me one order of fries and again I had to ask for the other order.I'll never go there again and it will be hard because I used to go there every week.Being a McD's baby I know that I'm supposed to get fries with my meal.So basically service was the worst ever !!!!
