Marbach Manor

Not a good experience at all, management changed at least four times during my family's time there. Carpet was not removed before our move in date, it had pet feces stains and smelt of pet urine. Management took 1.5 to remove only the top of carpet not padding underneath. Please don't live here, unless you want to live in a mold invested environment.

Roach infested, lazy manager, units reak of cigarette smoke, carpets are dirty, internet has the slowest connection ever, they say free cable but yet our cable outlet is broken. They will tell you anything to get you in and won't fulfill their promised. WORST APARTMENTS EVER!!!

I never lived here. But we did an application. For a week they've been telling us that the manager is busy. She call me back. She never did. I just wanted to know the status on my application. My mother-in-law called and they told her the status on the apartment. Wow somebody that's not on the application they gave him the information about it right there and then.... Wow.

Class Action Suit update. Our attorneys advised that they are not gonna proceed with filling yet. It will benefit our case to get more evidence, therefore if you have vandalism on your vehicles, a broken door, piping, leaking roof, etc. and nothing is being done about it, contact me!! Also rent is due on the 5th by lease agreement if they are closed, THEY ARE NOT TO CHARGE YOU A LATE FEE ON MONDAY!!! It is not your fault that they close or your fault that we don't have online payment options, or a drop box, the other manager Renata shall be capable of taking rent payments since se lives here. So as for our case, its a waiting game for now, GOOD THINGS COME TO THOSE WHO WAIT(and collect evidence):)

Grievance update for class action suit: 63 signatures so far, its confirmed Marbach"s private pool party was for management's personal gain(for one of their old managers still employed by HCP. Our attorney just confirmed, we have a case regardless of their denial and false defenses(too much chlorine, water dirty, pump busted etc.) We got a case!!! We are still awaiting the media to contact us(trouble shooters). I'm reporting HCP personally to the attorney general. The only way we'll drop this is if all tenants get 35% off next months rent with a notice tomorrow!!! We need more signatures!! @ Marbach Manor Apartments do not contact me on FB, any contact by you or third parties on your behalf shall be taken as harassment. In other words--this is a informal CEASE AND DESIST!!

Tenants discriminated from access to pool for a private party!! BS come together and sign grievance to submit to proper authorities and media. Its true---Josie is a money hungry criminal who probably leased pool out for personal gain!! Watch the news--furthermore, what about parking issue?????? Tenants have had numerous calls made to police for hit and runs and instead of fixing the issue, Josie is making it worse!! It is clear that Marc and Marko are ball less a-holes with their PP 's stuck between their legs.

If you like ghetto, this is the perfect place for you. On the first day we moved in here there was a drug bust. Few weeks later two of our neighbors asked us if we wanted to buy heroin. If you have kids I suggest for you to move elsewhere. Also the water goes out atleast once a week for hours without notification. The landlord acussed us of not paying rent twice so keep your money order receipts! They simply said sorry for their mistake AFTER they had told us to vacate the premises. Also I believe one of the maintenance guys stole my engagement ring, I always keep it in the bathroom and the next morning the ring was gone after the maintenance man fixed the toilet. I did not tell the landlord because I did not want the man to get fired if I am mistaken. It could've been an accident for all I know. He could've accidentally dropped it down the drain. Who knows. All I know is Marbach Manor Apartments are a horrible place to live.
