Little House Of Flowers

The flowers were delivered a day late, roses were withered and rosebuds were actually dead. My 5 year old grandson could have arranged the dead flowers better. I called twice to complain and extremely rude woman told me both times that the owner was out of town for 3 weeks and couldn't be contacted. No message was taken, but bogus phone number was given to call. She said Little House of Flowers was sold to "House of Flowers" and refused to help me or let me speak to someone in charge. Placed me on hold for 12 minutes and forwarded my calls to a call center who said they would forward the information to the owner. Do not use this florist as your money will be wasted and your recipient will be very disappointed in the flowers and especially the service!!!

My boyfriend sent me two dozen roses, balloons, and candy for Valentine's Day. I received only the flowers AFTER 6 pm! The bouquet arrived with most of the flower buds already open. The arrangement was messy, lopsided, and looked like it would not last through the weekend! The rest of the buds did not open and have turned brown (it is Feb. 22 now) I asked him to use a different florist next time. (I received the balloons and the chocolates TWO days later--no other acknowledgment other than, "I'm sorry") My boyfriend was never contacted. Just bad business. Do NOT use this florist, unless you want to let the receiver know you do not like them.
