Dr Yana and staff was so nice and patient.Always nervous going to the dentist, but this was good experience. They were very very polite.

I love how they discuss and explain options on treatment given before hand and listen to pt. concerns which tell me they care for my dental needs! Will give others recommendation to come see them staff is beautiful and kind hearted!

I have a friend that goes to this office,and all I hear area good things. I'm thinking on changing my dentist to this one because of all the comments she had stayed about this office,such as great personnel,awesome Dr's etc...I advise all to go to this office. I will post another review after my first appointment.

The business office personnel are horrible at their jobs! We only used their services once, and we are still dealing with their mistakes 10 months later. They made multiple accounts instead of putting my husband and me together. When we moved, I personally went to the office to close out the accounts. I made sure our balances were "$0". They wouldn't close the accounts; they can only make them "inactive". Shortly after, I received a bill. A check was sent and cashed for the amount. I spoke with them on the phone twice to ensure the accounts were now "$0" owed and asked for a statement to that effect- which I never received. I guess it's no surprise that I was woken up with a phone call this morning (10 months later) stating that I owe them $44. They blamed it on insurance- even though they told me insurance paid in January, and their associate told me in April everything was paid in full, now in October they want more money. When will this end??? They still won't close my I fully expect to deal with this again. Bottom line,...don't go there! The people working in the business office don’t know how to do their job well, and you’ll end up paying for it!
