I valet parked with LAZ at the Tobin Center for the Performing Arts, the cost was $20. When I asked for my vehicle after the event, I was informed they were unable to start my car. I was handed over to a supervisor who asked me if my 2008 Ford Escape had a secret kill switch I hadn't told them about and inquired as to whether the lever, the steering wheel adjust, was it. I had to walk to my own car, find a police officer who happened to have a battery charger, and jump my car, which then started at the first turn of the key. These morons don't know anything and I won't trust them with my not that nice vehicle, I certainly wouldn't trust them with a fancy, expensive car. Just to review: killed my battery, thought a 2008 Ford Escape had secret kill switches, don't know what a steering wheel adjustment lever is. The job of these people is vehicles yet they seem to know nothing about how to operate them. I would also like to add that not one of the employees of this company offered me assistance after I paid $20 to valet with them, they killed my battery, and they knew it. Awesome customer service. I am also writing this review here because I have searched for a way to contact the company to make them aware of this problem and can seemingly find no way to. They don't care or don't want to know. Either way, I am wholly unimpressed with their "service."

Avoid.

You're better off parking under water in the river walk. "Non transferable tickets" will get you a boot. A friendly couple offered me their ticket and parking spot. I'm sorry I didn't read the fine print of a parking lot.

I Parked there many months ago and Ipay with a $20 bill the amount of $7 dollars. When I asked to my change the employee told me that I needed to contact the office and he gave me the information. This happene in May. 2014, after contact Mr Brotflerr, Ms Hernandex and Mr Cornelius that this last one is the Vice President of Texas area. Until now I haven't received my $13 refund. I want to know if the president of this company know what is going on here in Texas with his company, if not yet I will be the impossible to contact him anyway.

For those that want to park using this company I will recommend to find other place.

Parking trap, BEWARE!

The Laz Parking lot on the corner of Navarro and Martin is just one entrance past the St. Mark's parking lot and can get confusing. There are two parking lots on this block between Pecan and Martin along Navarro in downtown San Antonio. If you pay for the wrong lot, you'll get booted and fined $100 plus tax etc... Park in the St. Mark's lot or go somewhere else.
