        We are closed from 2 pm to 5 pm Monday thru Friday.

        Kimura is a Ramen shop (Izakaya). During lunchtime, we are more of a traditional ramen-ya, or noodle shop. In the afternoon/evening/night, Kimura is a cocktail bar with small plates, sushi and other dishes in addition to the ramen.
