Overall

Do not ever think of renting from these people. Their equipment is old and broken and dirty. And the guy who runs the place, Tony, is rude and dismissive.

We rented one large bounce house, a sno-cone machine, and 8 tables from them this past weekend. The delivery guy showed up at the very end of the expected window and when my wife called, all Tony had to say was, "What are you complaining about?"

Then, the bounce house wouldn't inflate. That, by the way, is what we were complaining about. Because the delivery guy told us it would take over an hour to make the round trip to get a new one. The party was to start in an hour.

It got worse: Two of the 8 tables were broken. I fixed them.

Even worse: the sno-cone was covered in syrup from the prior renter. My wife cleaned that.

When I called to complain, Tony offered a $100 credit. There was little more I could do since the place is where it is and it would take that long for the delivery guy to get back.

About that $100 credit? Of course the full amount got charged to my credit card. When I called to complain about that, here is the logic I got: "Yes, I put that back on. The driver said you paid him so I put that back on."

What? When I asked him why he would charge anything if he thought the driver had been paid he realized the foolishness of his lie and said he'd credit the $100. Of course, two days later and there is still no credit.

If Yelp would allow zero stars, I would give that.

About driver: nice guy; very polite and very apologetic. It's too bad he doesn't own the company.
