My plumbing check up was great. Joshua Murray knows so much! He made recommendations but also told me what COULD be done but reassured me that nothing SHOULD be done now. He taught me about mixers and diverters. Then my husband came home and he went over EVERYTHING again with him. I was surprised that my check up included flushing hot water heater, and it was tucked tightly behind washer and dryer. He obviously learned so much from working with his grandfather plumber even when he was back in high school. I am always impressed that Jon Wayne highly values both great experience and great professional personalities.

Follow these two rules: First rule, stay away from this company. Second rule, if you get this company first to your home, WAIT UNTIL YOU GET OTHER COMPANIES' QUOTEs BEFORE YOU CALL AGAIN "Jon Wayne," at least two other companies. Then you can compare quotes and do not get ripped off with "Jon Wayne".Have you seen this company spending a lot in advertisement and marketing? Who do you think is going to pay for it? Only when their sales people realize or suspect that you can get better quotes from other companies they will offer you lower quotes, otherwise they will charge you outrageous prices. The best for San Antonians is that this type of "business model" fails, because this model implies higher prices to pay more for sales and marketing personnel only.
They have this PHONY AWARD "torch the ethics," from the BBB. Several articles have indicated that the BBB is fully funded by businesses and their awards only serve to improve the business image with no interest in the consumers.



Conrad Cantu was faced with a tough problem to log on my Nest Protect devices onto my network via my router which had a firewall denial on it for Nest devices. He stuck with the problem for 4 hs contacting the highest level of Nest support help. The problem is not solved yet but we have a better approach to solve the problem when I have you back. His persistence is to be greatly admired. Tate him 10 out of 10.



Lance Vradenburg was courteous and professional. He knew his job and completed it in a timely manner. I'd rate the whole experience a "10." Very pleased.



I was quoted by Jon Wayne $3,300 to replace our evaporator coils. Shocked by the price, I asked the service technician to give us an itemized quote (parts and labor separated out). He said that he couldn't do this as this was against company policy. I then called the office and customer service assured me they would get our tech to send us an itemized quote. The technician called back telling us the same thing. I then called to speak with a manager and was told they wouldn't give us a quote showing parts and labor as this was not how they did things at Jon Wayne.

Per the a recommendation from a friend, I called Air Texas. They came out and gave me a second opinion free of charge and only charged us $1,500 to replace the coils.

Please be very careful when doing business with Jon Wayne. Do your research and know how much these repairs should cost. I suggest they present quotes with parts and labor itemized to serve as transparency for the customer.



Jose was very professional yesterday when he came to do the annual check up but last year when the unit was broken I got a high pressure salesman,Brandon Jonas, who wouldn't fix anything until I bought a service contract. It was a horrible experience ! I can't wait until the contract expires. I will never call Jon Wayne on purpose again.



We just had our annual check up, the service tech did a great job, was courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. Hope to have him back next year.
