Great Service

Had a great guy working the line. It was a great vibe coming in and leaving. I stayed for a couple extra minutes after finishing my Freebird and was asked if everything was ok. I really did enjoy my burrito and it was topped off with authentic and honest customer service

I thought it was a decent place but then I joined their member site and have been screwed by the company. You purchase items and collect points, which you redeem for food. I was screwed by this location once by them refusing to accept points. I believe that was just a wanna-be manager chick (hadn't seen her anymore). So, the company sent me 10 points as a consolation. Well, I was collecting points to use for work lunches on occasion and looked at my account and the company took ten points away saying that if you don't loose them, you loose them, they expire in 45 days. WTF! I contacted them and they just said..... I should enable cookies and I would have gotten the memo!#&*@^

Like the food, but seems product depends on server

First, I have to say I've been a customer for many years now....obviously I like the product.

Just that I've noticed that lately it seems the quality seems to be slipping, and the portions can be wildly different from person to person. Ex. I ordered a salad the other day, and the lettuce was looking pretty sad (and very low in quantity). Instead of getting a new batch, the girl just scraped the bottom of the container, and presented a chicken fajita salad that barely covered the bottom, and looked very sad and wilted.

Hopefully they get their standards back up to snuff, as I do enjoy a stop at this place once in a while.

We just redesigned! Do you like it?
