First Aid Plumbing Services

Poor customer service. First off 1st aid plumbing made a scheduling error. When we told them Fridays work best. They called on Thursday said they were coming out will be there at 10. I was heading to a doc appt and husband had was heading to work at 10. We wpuld have not made it for that day. Called and spoke with Christipher Tobar owner/sup. reschedule the soonest which was Wednesday Nov. 8th between 9:30 and 10:30. Nov 8th came no call between the time. I can a hour later went to vm and again left vm 2nd time. Call at little later from my father phone Chris answered said they will give me a call 30mins before coming. Wait and waited went to my doc appt @ 2pm. Still no call. Had hubby call no answer. I called before heading back home straight to vm. Got home called still no answer went to vm. Called from my mother's phone @ 3:30. Chris answered told him who I. He informed me it was going to be another hour. I told him ok I was just seeing if someone was still coming out today. He stated yes sounding frustrated with me and if I still wanted someone to come out today. I told him yes he said ok it will be another hour. I said Ok was just makong sure of someone was coming today. He if I wanted to reschedule. I said noO was just making sure someone was coming out today. He was frustrated and told me you know what there no availability today, call your insurance and tell them you need someone else to come out. Was shock on how poorly Christopher Tobar handle himself unprofessionally. I just want to make sure that someone was coming out today Nov. 8th,2017 because I am schedule to go into labor tomorrow Nov. 9th, 2017 with my first child. Wanted this leaking pipe to be fix before we welcome a newborn home due to have to turn on/off from the main source. Once again poor customer service a courtesy call would have been nice saying they are running behind schedule.

I called Chris last Labor Day weekend when I discovered a water leak from an unknown source. He came out for a FREE estimate on Sunday (remember Holiday weekend) and came back on Monday (yes, on Labor day) with no additional charge. I felt he was very honest and did a good job. I also had him install a water regulator valve at my meter because I knew it needed to be done and felt comfortable with him doing it, doing a good job and not taking advantage. SF

Chris did an excellent job repairing a severely clogged main drain under our house. His bid was thousands cheaper than other companies and his work was probably twice as good at minimum (judging from past experiences with other plumbers). We had no plumbing service and that was what he was worried about, nothing else. My wife and I were more than happy to pay him for such excellent service. Anytime we called him, HE answered the phone. As his website says, we've found a plumber for life. Thanks Chris, best of luck with the company and future. Joseph J.

Me and my husband had a very bad water leak coming up from our living room floor, we were shocked and had no idea what to do we called two plumbing companies roto rooter and A auger they both did not help us at all they both wanted an outrageous amount of money just to diagnose the problem and said it would take about 2-3 days to fix the problem, we were very unhappy and will never trust any other plumbing company besides first aid plumbing, we were very happy and satisfied with this company they sent a very nice young man to give us an estimate at 5 in the evening we felt very happy with him he worked very diligent and we were amazed that he encountered the problem and fixed it all in a few hours. we will always use this company and recommend them to everyone we know that needs a good plumber. thank you first aid plumbing.

First off I would like to say that I highly recommend this company for any plumbing problems you may have! I have a really bad leak coming from my water softener that was running underground outside my house. I called and they were very helpful in explaining what the problem may be. They came out the next day and took care of the problem in about an hour. They were very honest, respectful and offered us a military discount! I am so happy with the way they worked hard to fix my problem! Don't pick anyone else! Choose First Aid Plumbing!
