Worst experience ever with an "expert". I don't even know where to start. First word that comes to mind is "attitude". In 100 degree weather pregnant and with a two year old, they had our AC cut from the beginning for over 7 days. SEVEN. The tech was the worst along with the office lady. I wouldn't even call her a manager. The worst company and experience ever. And to top it off, they still never fixed it! Had to go with another company.
