Worst Experience Ever

This was absolutely the worst place ever. I just engaged and we called New Year's Day to go look at dresses. The owner answered and was rude right from the get go. He said they were open till 3 and when we asked him to look up a style number to see if they had some I wanted to try on that I found online, he said no, he didn't have time. Anyway, they said they carried the whole selection of Mary's dresses so we simply were going there just to try one on with means to buy somewhere else. So we drove an hour to get over there and arrived at 1:15pm and the doors were locked! We called and the owner answered and I told him we called earlier and he said that he would be open till 3pm. He proceeded to hang up on me. I called back and he said there was no one to help me. I told him I didn't need help picking out dresses, that I knew the style numbers and my maid of honor could help me get in them. He told me that they didn't know anything about dresses and that their sales ladies had already left. About this time, another man came to the door and we told him we called and they said they would be open, and he said hold on, he would be right back. While all this was happeneing, the owner hung up on me again. So I called back and told him I did not appreciate the way he treated us and this was BEFORE we ever went to buy or look at his dresses. It was absolutely the worst experience ever. I would never go there again and would hope no one else will. Planning a wedding should be fun and a wonderful experience. Needless to say, I went o Alfred Angelo after we left and bought the other dress I was deciding on. I just wonder what ever happened to good customer service and trying to make the customer happy. Eduardo's was simply awful.

Worse Place/ Ripped Off Money

WORSE PLACE TO SHOP AT! I bought 2 quince dresses & spent over $1000 and they mess up the order and REFUSED to fix it. When we were tryin dresses on for my sisters both had jackets. We came back a second time to take a 2nd look & once again the dresses had the jackets. Now we order them both & go to pick it up and one of them is missing a jacket..they tell me the dress never came with one. I went in circle with those ppl jus to fight with the RUDE owner who start cusing & mumbling thinks in spanish sayin that i didnt know nothing...i said well even if there was a mistake u should give me a jacket & he yanks some random jacket throws it on a mannequin & says look it has a jacket mockin me. Of course he could be rude since i had already paid a 1000 deposit. I said give me my money back since i didnt get the dress i ordered & he took off. This is the worse customer service EVER. And i should have known better cuz when we 1st start lookin the 1st sales rep offered to take $100 off since we were buyin 2 quince dresses & when i went back to purchase them they had said no that was only if u bought them there & then...what does a few hours difference make when they are making $1500 off 2 dresses never mind that we were going to get the courts dresses from their to but forget that...a placed we discovered a little to late called Bridals & quinceras (off of 410 & ingram) is much nicer & reasonable.

Nuke This Joint!

Our business with this merchant has been the WORST customer service experience ever. Even as a last, the world is coming to an end resort, take your money and your time and go anywhere but here. I do need to mention Ellen was the only bright spot on an otherwise dismal, vomit invoking experience. What would you think of an employee (I think his name is Frank) who got in your face, pointed both fingers at you and stated ""If you're looking for trouble, you've found it right here."" all because you were trying to find out his name so you could complain to the manager? Or other employees who refused to get involved and would rather walk away? Or your spouse being told over the phone how she had better not come into the store because he (Frank?) does not want a confrontation and then hangs up? Or how hard it is to write a review this bad without filling it with expletives? Folks, catch the Bubonic Plague and spread it to you entire family before you go to this store.

Awful Customer Service

Owner was absolutely horrible. He was upset with something and took it on us. He stated that he did not need our service, however, we were stuck because our best friend's debut was occurring on Saturday and we had to buy the dress. He screamed and did not let us try on the dress. He stated he wanted us to leave. He only did this because he knew we had to choice but to buy the dress...Awful if you want a nice wedding or not choose this place...

Be the change

Owner is most offensive person I have ever met

I was forced to use this store for a second time because of a debut. I had told myself the first time I would not go back. Although, at this point I guess I have no choice. And because I'm sure most of the people that go in that store have no choice, the owner knows that he can be as discourteous as he wants to. He has absolutely no customer service skills whatsoever. If you value being treated like a human being instead of a piece of trash and would like to spend your money somewhere that you are appreciated, do not use this store!

Customer service

I called to ask them if I needed to make an appointment to try dresses. An extremely rude guy answered. He was talking to someone else on the other end to start with, just said the name of the store, and after several questions of mine rudely answered or unanswered he hung up on me without a word.\nI would never visit this kind of store for my wedding dress.

Eduardo needs to go on ritalin. He went all psycho just because we asked about the pricing for my dress. He said you want the DRESS OR NOT!! I’LL TELL THEM NOT TO BRING IT OUT TO YOU. YOU HAVE TOO MANY QUESTIONS!!!!!!! He threw the dress at my Mom and had no reason be act like an untamed animal. He deserves to be sued, but I doubt this place makes money, maybe that’s why he’s cranky ol fart. This man is chemically imbalanced and should stay away from people. He knows nothing about business. I would never go back and tell anyone not to go to this boot leg place. You would think he would be more professional and lead by example. He needs to retire if he’s going to treat his customers like crap. He was rude when I asked if my dress had some in. He said ELLEN WILL CALL YOU and then hung up. Come to find out no one called me and my dress had been there a week and I didn’t even know it. This place is a low class operation.

This place is a scam. They draw you in by telling you they have the least expensive tuxedos but then they tack on other expenses. We recently rented a tuxedo from there and will never return. While my son was trying on his tuxedo a young black male arrived to pick up his tuxedo. The owner told him, ""and don't drag your pants because if you get them dirty, you will have to pay full price!"" This other customer in the store stated, ""that was a such a inappropriate comment!"" The owner didn't care. This other young man walked in and reminded the owner that he had already paid for two tuxedo's one that he already wore and returned and the other he was there to pick up that day. The owner told him that since he didn't have his receipt, he would have to pay the $81 and change. The poor young man needed his tuxedo so he paid! When I left I was told that when I brought my son's tuxedo back, I would receive a $25 deposit. Well I took it back and while I was there, the old man was arguing with another customer and told him if he didn't like it next time go to Al's. I turned in the tuxedo and inquired about going to the register to get my $25 and was told that I was not getting anything! He stated that I gave a down payment not a deposit, which was untrue for I had paid a down payment and a deposit on the same day! I left the store with nothing. When I went outside the gentleman that had returned his tuxedo was discouraging another customer from going in. I stood and listened and then provided my experience. While that was going on the owner came outside, yelled at me and cursed me out!!! I don't understand how these people manage to stay in business. LADIES AND GENTLEMAN, AVOID THE HARRASSMENT AND TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE!!!!!

I traveled over 175 miles to pick up my dress, which was already paid for. When I arrived on a Saturday, the owner refused to give me my dress. He rudely exclaimed ""the upstairs is closed on the weekends!"" I told him I was not advised when I paid for the dress that they don't give dresses out on the weekends. He refused to give me his service. My older daughter then called and talked to the owner, and he said ""it is not my problem,"" and when she told him this was upsetting, the owner said he is very upset, making himself the victim. He proceeded to hang up on my daughter. NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS STORE! THE OWNER (MALE) IS BITTER, RUDE, AND INCONSIDERATE. HE LACKS CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!

These guys TAKE your money!!!!

The customer service here is absolutely HORRIBLE!!!!!! I went in to pick up my suit i need for this Saturday and saw that the bill was more than what i was told the first time. SO because of asking a question the old fart started yelling and telling me that there is a 10 dollar rush fee for not ordering the suit within a 10 day time period before hand. I asked the owner ""how the hell i would know to order the suit \nbefore hand if i never been to his store before??? He said "" i dont wanna fight!"" you know cause its thanksgiving!) He then told his employee to put the suit back if i didn't want it!! and i told him i didn't and that i wanted my deposit back!! He told me ""Your not getting anything back!!!!! then got in my face and said,"" WHAT ARE YOU GONNA DO!! as he wanted things to get physical. This guy is an idiot for sure! I called the cops and they told me this was a civil matter. Id really like to sue and get my money back. Its really not about the 25 bucks, its about how he handled himself while i was there and how i was treated. But hey what would you do with $25? Money is money and its my money, and I was told it was a deposit and would get it back when i returned the suit. Please email me if anyone wants to see what we can do about this.
