        Overall
        I was transferred to Ed's Agen...

        I was transferred to Ed's Agency when my old agent retired. Never even met the old one, but established a relationship with Ed immediately when he contacted us to let us know of the transfer. He also reached out to my family and me and helped during a particulary rough time we had dealing with a claim. He went the extra mile to help us get things resolved. I am a client for life now.
