Took wife to Dough for her birthday. Ordered the House Special pizza. Pizza was so-so and the crust was semi-raw, not fully cooked. In other words, the crust was not thin and crisp, but more soggy and chewy. Took what I didn't eat (2/3s) and re-heated it at home. I don't think anything could be done for that pizza. Place is way, way over rated. Will never go back.
I visited Dough's in 3/16/12 after seeing it on diners, drive ins, and dives w/Guy Fieri! My only complaint was waiting so long for a table but it was well worth the wait! The does and staff were amazing. I will definitely be vising again! Ask for Dustin he's the best waiter in the place;)
I wouldnt eat here. I dated one of the cooks and he would tell me How the boss is an a-hole and none of the employees like him cuz he under pays them and throws temper tantrums. So the Employees do stuff to the food like spit in it and put hair. Not to mention the pastry chef who i dated says his boss keeps passing him over to be manager so he plans on taking his recipes w him when he finds a job that pays more

When my wife and I returned from Naples we tought pizza would never be the same. That is until we found Dough. It is as authentic to Naples pizza as yo can get. The Mozzarell di buffala on the Margherita is molto delizioso. This isn't for everybody... if you'ver had Pizza Napoletana, and your definition of great pizza is ""Pizza Hut"" pizza then, you may want to pass. If want amazing service, authentic Naples pizza, and flavors that explode in your palate, then DOUGH is the place to go.
The staff is great, the prices are a little high. But it is well worth the extra dollar.

Yum Yum Yum. I am drooling just thinking about the unbelieveably good fresh mozzarella with ricotta , tomatoes, basil and balsalmic vinegar (Burrata Caprese). It's made everyday and is so light and delicious I could eat the whole thing by myself. Get the flatbread to go with it! Mmm, warm and crusty with fresh herbs baked on top. Oh and the pizza is good too, but I'm usually full by the time that comes out! Peach Bellinis are refreshing and sweet, and just like I had in northern Italy!
