Since practicing Kundalini Yoga at Divine Yoga I have found that it has accelerated life changes I've been seeking. It was a blessing for me to find this tucked away gem because it offers so much more than I expected or experienced with other Yoga practices. Kundalini Yoga at Divine Yoga addresses all aspects of ones being. I find Amrit, co-director, to be extremely knowledgeable, highly experienced and intuitively sensitive to the needs of the students, and she teaches and freely shares with the intention to assist in ones personal practice, understanding and healing. I appreciate her faithfulness in keeping and sharing the integrity of the teachings as taught by its founder. In addition, the center outdoors is pleasantly lush with trees and greenery giving an immediate calming effect, indoors is serene and is a light-hearted place to feel at home to be you.
I can't imagine my life without Divine Yoga. It has changed my life, from the way I think about the world to the way I interact with others. I have lost weight, toned my body, and improved my mind immeasurably. If you want to do something positive for your body and soul, give this place a try.
Worse experience ever. My daughter and I were treated very poorly whenever we went to get some information about the class. We arrived and were scolded at for having shoes on, we respectively took them off as my daughter stated she wanted some information about pricing and scheduling the instructor rudely said "Look on our website" then turned away. My daughter asked another question and the only response was "Go look on the website" & continued to ignore us. We drove 30 minutes to this yoga studio to get some answers and got treated extremely poorly. For someone who is supposed to specialize in yoga she was extremely rude. I would never attend a yoga class of theirs even if it was free.
It is the best investment for wellness, health and "mind, body and spirit". People stay in shape, tone, physically strong.
I have been coming to divine yoga almost 2 years. It is so great to relax in a very friendly place. I lost wts, feel great, and teachers are awesome. I recommend this place to all my nursing students, friends and neighbors. It makes a huge different in my life mind, body an spirit .
It is so simple, easy, and very effective exercises that students practice. The hrs avail. are great for all busy people including the students. Most of all, you will feel great once you are done with each yoga session.
I highly recommend this for anyone that want to find a permanent yoga studio to practice bc people come here get to each other like a big happy family. You will only know if you come and experience it for yourself. I think it should be rated as "10 stars".

To paraphrase Yogi Bhajan ""Kundalini Yoga is not a religion, not a fad, and not a cult. It is a practice of experience of a persons own excellence."" Find your own excellence with Divine Yoga in a safe and professional environment. And if you want to master Kundalini Yoga--teach it--become KRI certified through the Divine Yoga teacher training programs! After only three yoga classes I signed up for Kundalini Yoga Teacher Training Level I to find out more about this ancient quantum technology and science. I learned that specific breathing techniques, postures, mantras, meditations, and lifestyle changes would profoundly improve my physical, emotional (mind), and spiritual bodies! Now, through my own yoga practice and by attending classes at Divine Yoga my health and my ability to manage stress have improved exponentially. Existence is speeding-up and the pressure of keeping up is exhausting and sometimes overwhelming. Mhan Rishi Singh Khalsa and Amrit Kaur Khalsa are Teachers who go above and beyond providing first class classes--they ""teach""--I highly recommend Divine Yoga! The studio is also easy to find and get to—it’s close to The Quarry!

I first began to learn and practice Kundalini yoga a year ago at Divine Yoga. The experience has been life-changing. The studio offers both Hatha and Kundalini yoga, with a wide variety of class times and teachers. Kundalini yoga, specifically, combines the challenges of a yoga practice with deep meditation. Not only do I feel physically stronger and more flexible, I am a calmer and more centered person. The owners of the studio have created a warm and lovely environment for their students, with periodic workshops and vegetarian potluck meals in addition to the array of weekly classes. I highly recommend Divine Yoga to both beginners and advanced yoga practitioners.
