I’ve had this on my mind for a long time now, I would like to write a review so others can see what a wonderful company you have. My Dad passed away on December 15, 2011. His name was xxxxx xxxxxxx.
I couldn’t find a place on your website to write the review so I’m e-mailing it to you. Please post my review for all to be able to view.
My experience with Cremation San Antonio was one of complete satisfaction. From the first phone call to the day my Daddy passed away Mr. Goodnight and his staff were caring and treated me with respect and concern. Never once did I feel uncomfortable while going through such an uncomfortable situation with my Dad’s cancer. My first phone call was answered by Mr. Goodnight. He talked to me and answered all of my questions without making me feel like he was in a hurry. And he was just as nice and polite in person as he was over the phone. Although I never met him until the day my Daddy passed away I felt a complete sense of trust. I was able to handle all of the arrangements and paperwork via the internet and fax and scan services. I would highly recommend Cremation San Antonio. Mr. Goodnight and his staff found their calling.

Mr. Goodnight is a professional with many years in the business. He walked us through the quick and painless process within a simple meeting. The company offers most anything in addition to a simple cremation but won't push a sales pitch. The cost was as advertised and they had the death certificates ready after a week.

Thank you Mr. Goodnight. I needed a funeral home that would handle business without the need to sugar coat things. I explained that, although I loved my sister, I didn't need a lot of fanfare. Just a cremation. You did just that and I couldn't be more pleased. Thank you for handling the death certificate and notifying social security. You and your organization are to be commended.

I just left the offices of Cremation San Antonio, I dreaded making this trip to pick up one of the greatest people in my life.. As soon as I walked in, that sense of dread left. I was greeted by a compassionate staff, who eased my fears.
My father was the best. And in this case, I feel like I honored him by using Cremation San Antonio. I highly recommend this company.
My mother was the most wonderful person I ever knew. Caring, compassionate and always putting others first. Her illness and death were painful and drawn out, but she was thinking of us in planning her end. She was adamant that she be cremated and not a lot of money be spent on her funeral. She had searched the internet and told us this was the place to use because it was the best price she found.
I must admit we were all hesitant. We wanted her to have a grand funeral with the biggest casket, flowers, etc. I was apprehensive about her choice, but in the end it was her choice and we chose to honor it. So, I went to Heart of Texas and visited with Mr. John Goodnight.
After visiting with him and seeing their facilities I was more than pleased. I could not have asked for more comparing, compassionate service. We were pleased in every way and, I must say, I have instructed my family that they are to handle my service. I learned my mother was not only the kindest person I ever knew, but also one of the smartest.
