This place is a damn joke! Just called and first of all the guy was embarrassingly rude! Then I ordered one pizza with 1 topping on 1/2 of the pizza only and he told me my total was over $4 more than is listed on their website menu. I was wondering what the deal was and was going to call them back to ask why the price was so much higher when he actually called me back again to tell me he made a mistake on the pricing and that it was now $6 more than their website menu said, instead of the original $4 more that their menu says. I asked why he was charging me $6 more for one pizza than their menu says the price is and he was extremely rude and told me that was their price and I told him to just cancel my order and he hung up on me. What a bunch of damn low lifes!!!!

Don't spend your money here! RIP-OFF ALERT!!
Their deep-dish pizza is OK, but expect to be lied to and ripped off. As another reviewer wrote, they have a coupon for a free small 1-topping pizza with the purchase of a Chicago-style pizza. Well, the last two times I called in orders to the place - and specifically mentioned the free pizza coupon - guess what? After driving a considerable distance to pick my pies up, they said the cook ""forgot"" to make the free pizza and I'd have to wait 10 minutes for it. Hey, who's going to wait 10 minutes for a small one-topping pizza that's supposed to be free?!?
And to top it off, I had ordered an extra topping on each of the two freebies! The first time it happened, I just shrugged it off. Yesterday, when it happened again, I just walked out and didn't even pick up the large Chicago-style I just ordered. The punks running that particular storefront have lost my business for good.
Hope they enjoyed the pizza I ordered but didn't pay for!
Before I check out ANY new places to eat, I find out what customers say. By these two customers reviews, I wouldn't even even step in to this place. The manager should be ashamed that he didn't try to reconcile with these customers. That is what GOOD customer service is about. One BAD review and that's it! This manager had better humble himself and learn to please his customers or he will have NO business!

I give this place 0 stars for the worst customer service experience of my life! Ordered a Chicago style pizza for pick-up, drove 25 miles into the city, then had to wait 20 minutes longer than the stated time. Before leaving, noticed a sign that said ""free small italian style pizza w/chicago pizza"". This was not offered to me. When I asked the mgr (who said he wasn't) why it wasn't mentioned when I ordered, he rudely stated ""you have to ask for it"". I told him ""you shouldn't have to ask for something that's free"", and I wanted the name & number for the mgr. HE CALLED THE POLICE ON ME WHILE I WAS WAITING FOR THE STINKIN' PIZZA! The SAPD sent 7 cops & 4 patrol cars for a simple complaint! I was almost arrested & bullied by the cops for what he said to them about me. I still don't know what I was being accused of. The slug had told the police he didn't want me back or I'd be arrested. That's my thanks for being a repeat customer. Isn't that how you're supposed to get more business, by word of mouth? The customer is always supposed to be right, but I was treated like a criminal on this visit. It's not even worth talking about the pizza, which was average, and cold by the time we were able to leave. They don't deserve my business anyway, as if I'd go back after this. Hope all 3 locations get shut down.

I've had some good pizzas in my life but this was NOT one of them! Service was atrocious -- impudent, arrogant, obnoxious, rude, abusive --- & the ""manager"" was the most offensive of all-- a real thug....The sorry excuse for ""pizza"" was even worse! Garbage at best. Prices look cheap -- but for this junk it is a rip-off. !!! This sorry excuse for pizza is NOT really Chicago pizza at all; it is an insult to the cit of Chicago!
