Car-X Tire and Auto

Went in for an oil change and inspection and they told me I needed about 5 extra services. I approved a tune up they said cost 383.00 and a drive belt change for 95.00. When I came back they charged me an extra 129.00 for a fuel injection that they never mentioned, nor that it was an extra charge. NOT APPROVED by me. Plus they went ahead and did the brake flush even though I told Them not to. Won’t be going back there. Dishonest, unethical.

My car had a leaking tire and Frank, the manager, had it fixed right away! He even showed me the piece of metal that had been lodged in my tire. He noticed that my tires needed to be aligned but the shop was busy, so it would be an hour before they could get to it. I came back early the next day and was on my way in less than a half hour! Great service, coupons, and prices! Thanks so much!

Wow! Thank you to the couple at Leon Carx! My car needed so much work, I didn't even know, the price was way out of my range just because there was so much!! I guess I was slacking a little on my oil changes and them some, so they took the time to help me put it in order of need, they were great, so nice, and helpful. I am sending everyone I know to these two. Melissa and Albert will get all my business. They aren't just my mechanic store, they feel like friends.

A woman behind the counter! One who knew what was going on, not a receptionist, but really wanted to help me understand what I needed to know about my car, not just what was wrong, but the everday stuff. She was funny, down to earth and now has a loyal female customer who is going to bring many more female customers, besides, the females I bring, maybe she will do the get to know your class we talked about! For the clueless like me!! Looking forward to my next oil change for the first time!!! Way to go!!!

The bottom line - excellent customer service. They are fast, respectful, and down-right good at what they do. I didn't feel scammed or leery of the estimate/service. They actually take the time to explain what they are doing/what is wrong. Thank you.
