A few weeks ago my sister in California sent me flowers for my birthday. My husband and I decided to spend the weekend in Dallas to celebrate my birthday so when I got a call from the delivery man stating he was from Blooming Creations Florist and was at my front door with a delivery, I told him we were out of town and would not be back home until the following Tuesday. He was very cheerful and told me it would be no problem and they would redeliver them when I return.
Tuesday morning the flowers arrived and they were fresh and absolutely stunning. Even after two weeks, the arrangement was still beautiful and alive. My sister and I both were very impressed by the service and quality given and Blooming Creations have two more regular and satisfied customers.
This locally run mom & pop shop has always provided amazing service and their products have always been fresh and accurate. I have been ordering for 5 years now for all events and the lady that runs the shop is always very polite and caring and the delivery guy is very friendly and makes sure that the delivery is on time and the flowers are well preserved.
I trusted this Flower shop 100%, I have ordered from them several times.
Last time I ordered flowers for my Daughter and they were fresh and lasted for ever !!
This is not the first time ordered from them and have always been very satisficed.
My Daughter bought her wedding flowers with them also, years ago... outstanding !!
Very disappointed and displeased with Blooming Creations Florist as flowers were dry and wilted. The delivery person left the flowers on my porch entry way it was 73-79 degrees yesterday got home around 6:00pm. I have attached photos for everyone to view. I DO NOT RECOMMEND AS I CALLED THEM TO TELL THEM THAT FLOWERS WERE JUST LEFT OUTSIDE and they were Wilted and Dry.....requested replacement with no luck.
I ordered my wife an $80 valentines arrangement from them. They delivered in the morning like requested but some of the flowers were already wilted. I was not very impressed with the arrangement either. It did not look like the picture online and looked like an amature florist put it together. I called them the next day to express my unhappiness and ask for partial credit back. They took a message and never called me back. I will never use them again.
I went to pick up my arrangement at the time I said I would and the shop was closed. I called the owner and was told my arrangement hadn't been made yet due to a family emergency and he offered to deliver my arrangement to me which I appreciated. It was delivered timely however it was hideous and looked nothing like what I ordered. The plant was so grossly disproportionate in the basket. I was to embarrassed to present the arrangement. If they weren't able to make it decent I would have rather been offered a refund and apology then something so horrible thrown together. I will not be returning ever.
I ordered some of my favorite flowers and the flowers that was delivered was not even close to what I ordered online. It was suppose to have a theme of white roses of different types and a little bit of purple lavender here and there. What was delivered was a few purple/white roses and a lot of purple daisies with a lot of green shrub/leaves. Although the arrangement looks pretty, it wasn't worth the money I paid for it. I hates daisies so it was disappointing to get this instead of what I ordered. I will not order from here again. I won't recommend buying from here unless you go pick it up yourself to confirm it is what you order.
Nice and friendly staff and nice delivery customer service. The quality of flowers are not on the nice end or the arrangement very pretty. The color scheme was off and looked a bit odd. Cheap flowers ( roses used were all browned on the edges) were used instead of what was ordered. Will let friend know who sent me flowers not to use again because of the quality was not up to his or my standard. Will recommend if a quick and meaningless set of flowers needs to be sent to someone. GOOD LUCk to the next customer.
What a horrendous experience!! As a high end florist in Denver, I know flowers. Arrangement that arrived looked nothing like the Teleflora stock photo! Designer used tons of cheap greenery (leatherleaf) to hold everything in place (her exact words). It looked 'super market' cheap. I paid $75 and got more greenery than quality flowers. I think whomever designed it had no eye for color and proportion! In addition, it took 5 hrs to delivery 1.5 miles and in upper 80 Texas heat. Stems were cut way too short, barely reached into the vase and by following morning some flowers were already wilting. Hydrangea and stock bit it within 24 hrs as predicted due to the long delivery time all the time in hot van! When my recipient called to resolve problem, owner was rude, unprofessional and blamed the customer. Florist stated that flowers can be out of water for up to 10 hrs without any problems... absolutely absurd! Buyer beware if you shop here! You do not know what you will get, but you will definitely get heartburn! Promise you that! Owner should read her own guarantee posted on her website... 100% customer satisfaction! More like 100% customer dissatisfaction!!!!

The week before Mother's Day is the busiest week of the year for all florists, and this year certainly wasn't an exception. To get a flower delivery in 5 hours without special request is not only not bad, its phenominal. I, with my wife are owners and this arrangement I personally delivered. The flowers were fresh, delivered in my well air conditioned mini-van and were well hydrated and your folks even comented on how beautiful the arrrangement was when it was delivered. We do question a client when any problem arises to determine the cause of the problem. You asked the arrangement be picked up and a refund be made. The flowers were picked up and a refund was issued before 3:00 the same afternoon. Except for the hydrangea, the flowers were fresh an bright as when they were delivered. Most flowers sold in the United States come from South America by air to Miami (a 6 to 10 flight), held in Miami for clearance in Customs (4 to 24 hours) and shipped via truck to the wholesale house throughout the country (12 to 48 hours) packed in boxes, refridgerated but without water until hydrated by the wholesalers. Of course with your knowledge of flowers, you would have known that. The flowers were ordered May 4 for delivery May 5. We were notified May 6 of a problem, and they were picked up and your refund processed before 3:00 pm May 6.
