Yes I would like to let you know about a situation that happened on Easter day your store on Rittiman near 35 we bought one of your hands we went to pick up the ham and the manager was too busy to handle it and one of the girls working there was rude she wouldn't discuss anything but anyway we she gave it just in pieces of ham that were full of fat we paid for a full cut ham with the bone and we got a pan of ham that was just pieces of him with a lot of fat we called they said too bad tough we would have to bring the the ham all the way back to Rittiman and 35 and we were near Poteet Texas we called several other stores none of them would do anything to help us until we called the store at the Poteet Jourdanton Highway 16 and 1604 the manager there stepped up to the plate made it warmed up a new hand for us at no charge Davis pies well Claude Dixon set and waited she gave them something to eat she apologize for the treatment we appreciate it and you should know how this manager they are stepped up and did everything she could to make things right your store on Rittiman could care less did nothing to help us and some of your other stores refused to help us to just wanted you to know your Rittiman store will never go to again but I live near the store on Poteet Jourdanton 16 and 1604 and we frequent often but we just want to give headset to how the manager stepped up to the plate to make with customer service to help us not be aggravated and upset on a wonderful and most holy day as the resurrection of our Jesus Christ we just want you to know how much we appreciate how she took care of everything and that's the way your other stores should have been we will continue to eat at Bill Millers the food is good priced and we enjoy it but you need to really commend the manager there at Poteet shorted and Highway 16 and 1604 thank you and you have a good day Linda younger your store on Rittiman 0
Your store on Poteet Jourdanton highway I rate a 10
Absolutely an awful experience again.....this is for San Pedro location by SAC.....awful customer service...food not the best...for great BBQ Visit Rudys and County Line when in San Antonio....after bringing the quality of food to the attention of the main manager she looked at me as if I was crazy. Said"oh well" and did nothing to satisfy. I have never been treated so rudly in a restraunt. This is not the first incident I have with staff being rude but will definetly be my last. I would rather travel a few more miles for Great BBQ than go down the street to be treated as if I am doing them a favor and bad BBQ.

I just had the ribs and brisket. The brisket tasted dry and plain. the sauce did not help compliment any of the flavors. The ribs tasted like i was eating unflavored pork, i tasted no smoke and barely and seasoning besides some pepper on the ribs. Ill be sticking with rudys for the rest of my stay here.

This is the absolutely worst meal I have ever eaten - or attempted to eat in any restaurant, anywhere. We ordered the ""lite"" 1/4 chicken, which was very undercooked and so full of fat and grease as to render it inedible.
The baked potato we ordered to go with our chicken tasted like it had been cooked yesterday and warmed up - marginally - today and the flesh of the potato was black. The bbq sauce was awful. The only redeeming feature of the entire meal was the salad.

I've been stationed in San Antone several times and have never found a better BBQ place both flavor and value-wise than Bill Miller. It's a standard issue, cafeteria-style BBQ spot all over the local region and their BBQ is very tasty and tender and'll never let you down. A few things that distinguish them from the rest of the pack includes their outstanding hash brown potatoes, green beans in a savory sauce, Texas-sized iced tea and a condiment station that's just right. The condiment buffet includes free items such as crispy pickled onions, the best pico-de-gallo in the city, pickles, et al, along with a choice of white and pumpernickel bread. Their pico is so good I usually make a salad out of it and I'm tellin' ya it's not only muy delicioso, but it'll clear out your sinuses as well! If you're ever visiting or move here, trust me, you'll love Bill Miller if your looking for delicious Texas BBQ at reasonable prices! Anyone who rates Bill Miller BBQ less than 5 stars is a spy from a competitor, trust me on this one sports fans!

Hey, I like brisket as much as or more than the next Texan, but there is more to great bar-b-q than just brisket. What about tasty, mouth-watering ribs; juicy sausage; a boatload of delicious sides; handmade pies and sinfully sweet tea, which Bill Miller has--Not to mention fried chicken rivaling that of the guys who only do chicken and the best breakfast tacos anywhere.
Other places may have ?better? brisket (they will take your wallet for it), but Bill Miller has better everything else. They only thing they?re missing is Shiner Bock. The next time you have a hankering for bar-b-q and only have $7, I guarantee Bill Miller will put you in a state of being wonderfully full!

I should have read review before I visited this BBQ joint. I ordered a sliced beef sandwich. I received chunks of bbq full of fat on a sesame seed hoagie type bun with little bbq sauce on it. The beef resembled corned beef with fat. The bread was partially dried out, which is common with old bread. I then ordered a side of green beans which was good and the best part of the meal. Two thumbs down for that place.
