Disappointment

So I came in to pick up an order I placed online and had to wait for 15 min while there was only 1 customer service staff assisting a customer, 3 staff standing in the corner and chatting about a game and 2 geek squad members standling around looking at us on line. Common sense says: greet, show appreciation for our patience and if its taking longer for the only customer service person to get to the next customer due to an issue, then find someone to help!!! Unbelievable how business can stay profitable with such poor service!!!

Finding Assistance For Non-Techies

At 74 yrs and working with competers as a Professional Engineer in Texas since the 1960's, I have found the employees extremely helpful in guidence. The Computer World changes so quickly that one can easily get off track in a very short time. It is impossible for me to stay in the loop even though I spend hours almost every day from my "Home Office" conducting studies and writing reports. Cell phones, Palm Pilots, Printers, Computer Operating Systems, Scanners, Fax Machines, and the Internet are all within my arms length at my desk.
