Our experience with Baxter's wonderfully talented staff has been outstanding! How fortunate we felt that BDG even considered accepting us as clients, as their exceptional work is becoming nationally recognized as some of the very best in the industry, thus creating a tight window of opportunity for us to secure their services. Best of all, BDG took the time to help us realize our vision and kept us from making many design errors. We came to understand that the final product takes a strong communication between the designer and the client. They taught us that this is not an overnight experience, but that it takes time to get to know each other, and time for our vision to come forth through the designer's guidance. We couldn't be happier with the end result! Our new home is now the beautiful sanctuary we've always dreamed of, thanks to the many talents and exceptional leadership found in the people affiliated with the Baxter Design Group. We can't recommend BDG highly enough!

I was very excited to make an appointment with one of the designer's with Baxter Design. Her name was Casey and although she took a long time to get back with my wife and I on a meeting time and date, which should have tipped us off, we could not wait to get started.
She did show up to the meeting on time and that is about the best thing I can say. My wife had taken the time to put together a notebook of paint samples and furniture and over all looks that we liked. She walked Casey through each room of our home and listened to her advice. We used two of the paint colors she suggested, and then had our painter use a different color because they came out so heinous.
She was supposed to e-mail us pictures of some furniture the afternoon after the meeting and we did not receive the e-mail until four days later. The pieces she sent us totally did not fit into our style nor did it fit any with any other pieces we had.
I e-mailed Casey back and let her know that we had not liked the way the paint she picked had come out and that the furniture was not really our style. I had no response from her until we received a bill of $300.00 for her services. I thought it was a joke, her design ideas and customer service certainly was.
If you are looking for a decorator please look around for another firm. If you do use Baxter Design do not use Casey!!!!!!!!!!!
