I had 3 stockings to be embroidered and brought them in 2 weeks before I needed them. I was told it would be about a week and they would call when they were done. A day before the day I needed them I got a phone call from them saying that the stockings were too thick and were popping off the machine. Soooooo- for a business that has been doing embroidery for over 30 years should have known they were unable to do them when I brought them in but understandable it was missed as everyone makes mistakes but no excuse to have waited almost 2 weeks to find that out when I had a dead line (that they should have noted). It didn't seem to bother them that I was disappointed when I picked them up. I took them to Ingram Park Mall's M&M embroidery and 4 hours later had 3 beautifully professionally done stockings. I would not recommend this business for your embroidery needs

Kim, we'd like to apologize for this misunderstanding, as we should have informed you that we would not be able to embroider your stockings. Our machines are different and are not equipped to handle that thick of a stocking. They are honest and do incredible work and they are a joy to work with! I can't recommend a company more than this company. Kathy thank you for your patience and support.
Went into their retail shop to place a 1 jersey order. The woman behind the counter was great, she helped me out with everything. Customer service was good.

Provided by Citysearch -I placed an order for a letter jacket for my daughter recently. Everyone was very friendly and explained pricing detail very well. The jacket came in when promised & looked fantastic. I would definitely recommend this company to others.
