I believe I first learned about Armando Montelongo and his real estate training program back in January, thinking it popped up on my social media feed. I saw there was an informational day in my area, so I went to it and from there signed up for the three-day event, which was also really good. I have been involved in real estate for a long time, but I needed more training on investing. I then went to Dallas, Texas for the bus tour back in March which was awesome with lots of high-energy and they kept things moving along the entire time. I came back home with my mind full and made a plan with all the information I'd received. I met a lot of people on the bus tour and will keep contact with them through the bus tour page. I've also taken the Master Mentor course and keep in contact with them through the Master Mentor page. I look at it like a college education, and now that I've had the education, I need to use it and do the work. I manage 21 properties so I am very busy, but I'm taking the time to get started with this great opportunity. I have a house I'm about to sell and I've gotten that ready to go with this information. The mentors are fantastic and the help line is wonderful... couldn't ask for anything better. Just knowing that they're there fuels my fire. I don't have to do anything by myself, knowing that they've been where I'm at and have been successful is huge support for me.
Montelongo online and from there went to the trainings. I thought the presentation was really good, and our instructor Chris came across as someone who was successful at the real estate program himself. He wasn't trying to sell anybody anything, just giving us as much information as possible. I learned enough from the trainings to get started, but want to go on to the bus tour in Miami, Florida soon to learn even more. I'll be doing that with a partner to get more hands on experience. I would rate this program five stars and feel like I've received excellent value so far. Would very much recommend this opportunity.
I found out about Armando Montelongo about five years ago, and since I had been wanting to get involved in real estate, this caught my eye. I was especially interested in flipping houses so I went to the free event in my area. They explained different ways of making money by renting or flipping, etc. and I could tell that the presenters had been successful themselves using the program. I next attended the bus tour in Riverside, California which was an empowering and energetic experience. It wasn't just some monotone speaker, we were engaged the entire time and it helped a lot to go through the houses. I do think this program is better done with a partner, I wish I had support from someone to work with, but if I need to call up for help I can get it though. So far I've done a gap funding deal to finance a flip. I've had a lot of learning experiences so far and have even become a Realtor so I can get my foot in the door more. I'm in the middle of selling a house right now and have no doubt my investment will begin to pay off soon.
I woke up at about 2:30 in the morning a few years ago and started watching TV when I saw the commercial for Armando Montelongo's real estate training. I had been exhausted from my job as a property manager, so when I saw it, I was interested. After going to the 1 day intro, my wife and I did the three day event and I could tell that the trainers were educated and experienced in real estate. I believed then, and do now, that the program was realistic and the people were following through and doing what they said they would do. We then did the bus tour in Phoenix, Arizona together too. I had some experience coming from a background as a general contractor, but I started over learning it all new from the program and they gave us the basic numbers of what it was going to take to rehab the homes. We have members of the wolf pack, or "wolfies" that we've been working with, and we're signed up to take Asset Protection next. We've put quite a few offers in, but I've had some physical problems that knocked me out for about a year, but I'm just starting to get back into it. Support from the home office has been great, I have called them up to seven times a day and they are excellent at helping in anyway they can. With all of this, I know I'll succeed.
I went on the bus tour and have done a few webinars. They are very personal with you, they get to know you. There is an overall feeling of fun and high energy. If you apply yourself you can make this happen.
The bus tour was broken down into simple steps so you can learn to do estimates on homes from memory. By the end of the tour I was able to do the estimates myself. We met people from all over the place and exchanged business cards, great networking opportunity.
We’ve received great support since the bus tour, they are able to speak on our level and help us when we need it. I liked the fact that they referred us to someone to help us with our business taxes.
I have been very satisfied with the training and education that I have received so far. I heard about the program from an infomercial that featured two of his students who had their own TV show, Mark and Raul. I wasn’t looking for an opportunity but when I saw about the meetup I thought I would go and see what they had to say. It was a good seminar, and it made sense to do the full, whole program.
They had students who had been successful come along on the bus tour to help, which was held in Riverside, California. Physically walking through the homes was essential to being able to understand the information. We went through three houses and while during our drives, the bus tour leader went through information with us so time wasn’t wasted. I felt like with the intro class it was good information but without the bus tour I wouldn’t have been able to do it myself.
After the bus tour, I have taken Cash Flow, Asset Protection, Commercial, Master Mentors, and Market Domination. They make a point to keep current with what is changing with the Real Estate field. I am currently working with a partner; my partner keeps up to date with the weekly webinars. We have been able to network with people and keep in contact with them since the program. We have received great support since finishing the program.
I went to the free seminar and signed up for the program, however, due to my work I was never able to get away to the next part. Wow, working so hard, with no days off... 2 years went by so fast! One day I was feeling pretty regretful about not being able to follow through and attend. So I was REALLY happy when they called me within weeks of that and offered me another opportunity to get involved! I jumped at the chance. I was going to get to that meeting in Sacramento no matter what and it was powerful. I couldn't imagine going back home to my same life and not being a part of the team and life changing opportunity. I went on the Bus Tour Training and other trainings and it's been an absolutely fantastic decision. There is a lot of information and Armando is well versed in a multitude of learning techniques, including keeping it fun, and therefore, easier for the information to become a part of you. He listens and values his students, putting a lot of effort into making sure we are successful by providing ongoing trainings, plus almost daily real time online trainings AND all the hands on help you could ask for by his superb team. Since the bus tour, I have taken other trainings, also. Armando has also provided crucial support in other related areas like Asset Protection.
It is such a positive and caring organization. Friends and family know what I am doing and are excited and are involved and supportive in various ways, referring properties to me, as well as, people who need help. I know that with this program you can be guaranteed that the outcome is equal to the effort you put into it. I believe you cannot ask for more than that. I’m very satisfied with the training and I would highly recommend it as the best there is ever.
I found out about Armando Montelongo’s real estate education program through an email I received explaining the program. I went to the one-day event to see what they were about and it interested me enough to go to the three-day seminar. The energy was great, the presenters seemed to know what they were doing. My wife attended these events with me. Next we went to the bus tour in Dallas, Texas.
The bus tour was a lot of new knowledge, my wife and I really enjoyed the environment and it was a chance to understand what real estate investing was all about. We were both impressed. I’ve also taken Market Domination, Cash Flow, and I try to listen in on the Webinars each week. I’ve been able to help people do wholesaling. I’m in contact with people who I met at the different trainings and whenever I’ve needed help from the mentors they’ve been great and helpful. I have appreciated that the company is willing to help in any way needed.
I originally found out about Armando Montelongo and his trainings from an infomercial. Since I was already interested in real estate I decided to go to the free event. Afterward, My partner and I attended the three day event. I wanted to move forward and do more training but my partner did not, however, one of the speakers said something to change his mind. We went to the bus tour, which was a high energy event that taught us valuable information about evaluating properties to determine if it they were a good investment or not. We also attended a course to teach us how to protect ourselves and our assets. Later we were invited to attended an intensive smaller training that taught us even more information about real estate investing and we met people that we will probably keep as friends and associates for a long time. The support from the company has been good and we try to attend the webinars and conference calls that are offered so that we can continue to learn from Armando & his team.
After seeing Armando's TV ad about 5 years ago, and having some interest in flipping houses since I'm a decorative painter, I like taking a messy house and making it look beautiful because I have an eye for that. What impressed me about the speakers at the introduction of his company was that they stared like me with nothing and look where they are today! They honestly shared the struggles that it takes to succeed. In San Diego on the bus tour, we learned a lot with so much information and we had a ball because they made us feel relaxed...everybody was important. And showing us a system, that if you stick to it will work. The presenters shared from experience, as they had to flip 5 houses before they could speak on the tour. I've also kept in touch with others on Facebook and at our meet-ups once a month. I've taken courses such as Asset Protection, Market Dom and Advanced Rehab and the support from the Armando team is great and they'll stay on the phone with me as long as I need them too. We're hooking up with realtors here in California and Florida, so we have high hopes fro much success.
I own a construction company and have always wanted to try real estate. I saw Armando Montelongo talking about his education system on TV and wanted to go. The three-day training was held in Downy, California. I realized at the training that I had been misinformed my whole life on how to make money, so here I learned to use other people’s money to make money. I went to the bus tour in Riverside with my wife and my favorite part was when we went through the houses. I’m not much of a dancer and it was a party atmosphere, but we had fun. My wife also enjoyed and understood everything. She’s now working on her first property. We met a few people who we have stayed in touch with, and I’m doing rehab for one of them right now with my construction company. We’ve also done some gap funding with some of the people we met on the bus tour. The support through Armando’s company has been very good.
Last year I was considering going into real estate and saw an ad on Facebook about Armando Montelongo and decided afterwards that it would be smarter for me to go his route. At the 3 day event, I found the speakers very knowledgeable and relatable with a helpful and accommodating staff. I enjoyed the event very much and especially in Riverside, California for the bus tour. I realized that by going through the houses that needed rehab that it was attainable for me to follow his system and that I could be as productive as the people who were teaching us, like Gerald who instructed us at both events. Because they started out like I was, I realized that anyone could work his plan and make it happen. I look forward to where this process of education can take me.
I found out about Armando a couple of years ago and because I was already an investor, I just did holdings before, so my wife and brother decided to attend their 3 day event. It was very informative and made me realize I didn't know as much as I thought I did, which is why I signed up for the bus tour. The bus tour was absolutely fantastic and the hands on education that we got was priceless. We started accessing and coming up with a scope of work and how much it is going to cost and because you are coming in right at the money, it is something you can come away with feeling confident. The staff was really helpful and didn't turn anyone away so it was awesome and one of the better experiences of my life. Since I met some people at these gatherings that I connected with, I'm in business with 3 of them right now and we are at the tail end of purchasing a property presently. Armando's education and support is awesome and I've taken all of his courses. What's also impressed me is the morals and the standards that he offers. For him to say don't be greedy and don't cheat anyone, is excellent and I love that he says if you play dirty he will kick you out of the program.
My husband and I did the three-day weekend, Bus Tour, and Master Mentor program. I found out about the program when I was up in the middle of the night and the commercial came on about the free class in Chicago. We decided to go. I have always wanted to get into Real Estate and eventually my husband became interested. We loved the three-day weekend, in fact it was so fun I stayed up until 3 am with everyone else, energy was so high you just wanted to stay and be a part of it. I’m a little older but I had no problem staying up late. It was a great weekend, we met a lot of people and made new connections.
This program is expensive, but it’s worth it. This is an education that will help us earn money I the long run. If I can do this anybody can, I’m not great with numbers.
You get so much out of this that you wouldn’t get anywhere else. You’d have to lose money learning this stuff as you go if you didn’t get it here. We also did the Master Mentor program. Three day, Bus Tour, Master Mentor. Bus tour was a blast, just crazy fun but also educational, informational, we met so many interesting people.
The support is tremendous, they help you every step of the way. They walk you through your first deal. It is getting easier and easier and easier.
Even though I hadn't considered real estate investing previously, I was interested in checking out Armando Montelongo's free seminar to hear what they offered. My husband joined me out of curiosity and as support for my interest in this venture, and after the 3 day training, I decided to go further on the bus tour. The enthusiasm at the tour helped memorize the bucket load of information that is given during those three days. Going through the houses let us see how to evaluate the property more effectively.
In addition, the mentor's help has been very valuable and I love the individuals on Montelongo's team. They become more like your family...like your bro! Of the people I've met, I met a lady who lives just a few blocks away from me, which is great for support. I've done the Cash Flow class which I strongly recommend to anyone who hasn't taken it yet. The Asset Protection course has been good as well. I'm presently working with a mentor to make sure a house I'm looking at is a good investment and that my numbers are correct.
I heard about Armando Montelongo’s program on late-night television back in 2012. I have been interested in getting involved in real estate for over 30 years and thought it was time to get started in it. The three-day event was phenomenal, the speakers were clear and enthusiastic. The material was fairly new to me, although I do have a background in construction. I had always wanted to flip houses, but had never considered the possibility of passive income. The bus tour was next and again, great information and the ability to see it in person while walking through the houses. One of my main takeaways was the systematic approach that Armando takes. There really isn’t any guesswork involved. You keep in mainstream and simple, you leave your emotions out of it. I keep updated with Armando’s webinars and have kept in touch with some of the people I’ve met along the way. Since the bus tour one of my big push was finding an investor. I was able to see that the people I know who have of money understand that it takes money to invest and that they are likely to be interested in working together. I’ve worked with a lot of millionaires and I worked up the courage to ask them to invest with me. Now I’ve done 25 wholesale deals, 30-40 flips, and now I have 26 rentals. It kind of amazes me. I literally spent everything I had to go through this training because I knew it was exactly what I wanted to do. If you simply take action and follow the system you’ll be successful
My wife originally saw an infomercial about Armando Montelongo’s real estate program and she got me to watch it. We went to the free day together and were interested enough to go to the three-day training. The speakers showed us the possibilities that were available to us with real estate and how it could change our quality of life. We were excited about it and decided to go down to Phoenix for the bus tour. The bus tour was wild and loud and we were not expecting it, just expecting more of a classroom environment thing and it was a great experience and education in a party atmosphere. Being able to back up what Armando says with the houses we walked through was priceless. Great experience. I listen in to the webinars every week I can and have received excellent support from the mentors. We took the master mentors and advanced rehab classes as well. I have about four realtors I’m working with right now and we’ve put in about 15 offers. There is no doubt that this is about to take off. Anyone who wants to put the work in can do this and be successful.
Last year I got an email from Armando and thought we'd like to see more about his company since we had already flipped 4 houses on our own. My husband's a hard-working welder and we wondered if we could flip houses full time. The 3 day event offered us a lot of great information and the lightbulb went off allowing us to see that we could flip more efficiently with his system. The staff was very friendly, knowledgeable and positive and I decided to go for it as I'm a good student and I can make this happen. After the bus tour I came back and have applied the information immediately. As a matter of fact, we're closing on our first flip this afternoon. I'm tired of playing it safe and this opportunity is allowing me to be more successful than before. I've always played it safe and you don't get anywhere doing it that way, so I'm risking it. I just received an email that we're having our first Wolf Pack meeting here in the New Orleans area in June and am looking very much forward to that and the success that it will bring.
I heard about Armando Montelongo’s three-day training event on Facebook and decided I’d like to transition from the construction side of real estate to the investing side. My wife and I went to the training and really enjoyed all the speakers. Brian was our main speaker and he was really upbeat and positive, it was obvious they had done this program themselves. Because I run my own construction company it’s hard to find time to put into my flips, but we’ve pretty much got our whole team put together now. My goal is to do three flips then a cash flow. I’ve become good friends with some others who are doing the program and they have been great encouragement to me. We did the bus tour in Riverside, California. The craziness of the beginning of the bus tour was a lot, but I enjoyed every bit of the learning. The support from Armando’s company is good, they answer everything that I call them with. Between my wife and I we’ve done all the offered trainings from Armando. We check into the webinars every week and have had some good activity so far.
My wife and had already been dabbling in real estate when we heard about Armando Montelongo’s weekend seminar in our area. We liked it a lot and one of the instructors that was especially helpful, we’ve even called him up with questions since then. They did a good job explaining that it was just a three-day event and that there was much more to learn. But we felt like we almost got enough out of that weekend training but decided to keep going with our education with the bus tour. We enjoyed it very much, we got real close with our bus-mates. Going through the houses was beneficial and the mentors and teachers were direct and I appreciated that. We’ve taken the Master Mentors course and a commercial real estate class. The support from the main office has also been good. We’ve done 17 houses so far, we have 9 rentals right now. We just sold one, it was a lease/purchase that turned out successful.
