Flowerama San Antonio

I really only leave reviews when I had a not so great experience, so here it goes.

My boyfriend and I walk in one day at lunch and needed our prom flowers, so a nice lady lets us customize our flowers down to the very ribbon, and my boyfriend and I left completely satisfied.

The following weekend, we walk in and there are many women behind the counter a bit overwhelmed. I ask for the flowers, under my boyfriends name, and they brought us out the wrong flowers under the same first name. they then begin to get frustrated with us, to which I tell them what kind of flowers they were, and one of the ladys rudely tells us we should of said that to begin with. Last I checked, it wasn't our job to keep them organized.

We leave as if nothing had happened, to which we check the flowers later that night, and they were completely damaged and falling apart. You could see the wiring behind his flower, to which later it completely fell off. They also used and ugly white velcro material on my wristlet, and my flowers were missing petals. We spent over 50$ on damaged, incomplete flowers.

Later, one of the guys I went to dinner with that very night said he had a bad experience with a male worker there, who went on to tell my friend that he didn't like the flowers he had picked out. It resulted in my friend asking someone to go back and get them because he did not even want to go back to the store.



All I can really say is, MAKE SURE TO CHECK YOUR ORDER BEFORE ITS TOO LATE. We would of asked for a refund, had we known.
