Good Service. Technician was quite knowledgeable, gave me some good advice that prevented me purchasing a new washer/dryer set (and saving me perhaps $1500) and they fixed my washing machine properly. Service tech was tardy, but, service was really pretty good. I'd definitely use them again.

I only got stuck with this company because that's who Home Depot sent me to in order to comply with my warranty. It has been over a month since my initial contact with this company and my overhead range/microwave is still not working. My original appointment was on 03/28/18. During this appointment they told me that they would have to order a part and that it would take 2/3 days for them to receive it and return. I did not hear from anyone at the company for over a week so I decided to reach out to them. I called and left at least three voicemails before they finally picked up, only to tell me that the part had not come in yet and I had to wait for them to call me. They finally scheduled me for a new appointment but at this point it had been over two weeks after my original appointment. They day of the appointment they called to cancel because their repairman (I guess they only have one) had a family emergency. They sent someone the next day and all he did was tell us that the part they order was not the problem and that he did not know how to fix my appliance so they would have to send someone us. It has now been over a week since and again no one has called me to schedule a new appointment. I called again today to get this taken care of only to be placed on hold for nearly 10 minutes and be told that they have an appointment available next Wednesday but they don't know what time they available appointment is. I am infuriated and cannot understand how a company like this can still be in business, especially after seeing their low rating all over the internet. Communication and customer service are novel concepts to this incompetent company!!!
Very rude and unprofessional. Hired by GE to fix an appliance. GE gave me a time frame and when the old guys called to confirm all they said was they would call me in the morning of the appointment to give me a two hour window so I automatically assumed given I had already had a time frame by GE that the two hour window was going to be somewhere in between that time. The old guys never specified that it was going to be an all day long appointment or until the tech was in my area when the first initial phone call was placed. When I called to talk to them about it a lady by the name of Amanda was so rude and was telling another employee while I was on the phone that “I just assumed.” Then while I was trying to explain that it needs to be made clear when hired by another company to come fix an appliance that the timeframe that the original company gives you may not be the timeframe that you have. Otherwise other people are going to assume as well. As I was trying to talk to her she kept interrupting me saying “so we’re going to cancel the appointment correct? You don’t want to keep the appointment, right? Obviously no I did not want to keep my appointment with a company that can talk to their customers the way she spoke to me. She said that the owner of the company‘s name is Raquel Shotner (not sure of the spelling) I would not want my employees to speak to my customers the way that Amanda spoke to me. That gives your companycompany a bad reputation. The communication with this company is off and it needs to be fixed as well as the customer service. I’m taking my business elsewhere and I would suggest you do the same.
