Needed a lift chair after my surgery as I was not able to use my bed and had to keep my body at a certain angle when I go to bed. So I was recommended this place by my uncle. The service was swift and prompt. I liked the lift chair which we rented. We also bought a cold therapy machine as well. Shall definitely recommend this medical supply store.

We were shopping for a portable oxygen concentrator for few months and finally made a move to get the respironics simply go mini portable oxygen machine. We were debating whether to get a Inogen G3 Portable concentrator or this one. But we choose to go with the simply go machine as my dad was used to using a respironics everflo oxygen concentrator at home. My dad was having a hard time to get the oxygen tanks so we just bought this unit which would offer him a lot of freedom and does not have to worry about the oxygen running out. Primo medical was wonderful with the process and gave us a lot of insight on the equipment. This place has a lot of medical supplies which are very handy.

My better half recently has been discharged from the warm springs rehabilitation center and we needed a few medical equipment as she was getting discharged. We bought the light weight wheelchair with elevated leg rest as she has to keep her leg at an angle. Rented a hospital bed with nice firm therapeutic mattress along with bed rails. We also needed a sit to stand assist to help her. We also got an electric sit to stand assist with a sling which is very easy to use than the manual ones. Overall very happy with the purchases and rental made at this store. They had everything we needed and delivered them promptly.

I being a person dependent on oxygen need to carry my Portable Oxygen machine everywhere I go. After few years my battery operated oxygen machine gave up on me. So I have contacted Primo Medical and I had to take in the unit. They gave me a timeline to inspect the machine and once I authorize it the unit would be repaired. I needed a unit while the repair was being done on my machine. So, I have rented the unit from them. They called me back with the pricing and offered a 90 day warranty on the repair which I felt was good. Now I am using my unit which is working the same way as it needs to. I am happy with the service they have provided. I appreciate the service and kindness. Shall be back to get some cannulas and filters in few months.

I am a frequent buyer of colostomy supplies. I buy the Hollister 8331 bags along with hollister adhesive remover wipes, Convatec eakin rings and the stoma powder once in a while. They have a lot of other medical devices , stockings, jevity and so on. If I start writing about the supplies then it's going to be the whole page. I once also bought a bath chair as well which is still sturdy and good.

We purchased an Inogen G3 oxygen concentrator machine along with a 16 cell battery for the machine. The machine was in superb condition and worked very well. There were extra nasal cannulas included as well. This store was recommended by my cousin due to the efficiency of Primo's services.

Got a resmed bilevel machine for apnea. Called a few stores around and most of the stores said they would have to order it. When called primo they asked for a prescription. Once we have faxed the prescription they called us right away stating they have the bipap machine in stock. We went to the store and they have given us an in service on how to use the machine and maintain it. Also bought the resmed sleep apnea mask, along with some extra filters for the machine along with cleaning wipes for the mask. Thank you guys for having all the equipment and supplies in stock. Shall definitely recommend you place to family and friends.P.S I don't usually write reviews but I found this place with the help of reviews. My mom uses an oxygen tank and she lives by herself. It's getting very hard for her to go around with those huge tanks. So I have done some research and wanted to get her a portable oxygen concentrator (POC) so she would get her freedom back to go around. I went to primo medical and I asked them if they offered payment plan for the purchase and they did. We made a down payment and got the Inogen G3 machine. She likes it very much and it has given her an ease to travel with. Our family appreciates your service from the bottom of the heart. They have a lot more medical equipment than the other stores I have visited in San Antonio.

Needed to renew my medical card for the DOT and I was diagnosed with sleep apnea..ufffff. I needed a cpap machine and need to show my usage to get my CDL renewed . I called a few DME stores in san antonio and found it at Primo Medical. Bought a full face mask and steve was very helpful. The machine would generate the compliance reports which I needed on a regular basis. Nice store with a lot of cool stuff. Got some extra cpap filters along with some cleaning wipes for the mask. I will come back for my reports and my supplies. Thank you guys!
