1st. Not enough cashiers to buy our tickets. 2nd. The lines at the refreshment stand cost to high, lines to long because the staff take to long to fill an order 3rd. The refreshment stand up stairs is hardly ever open.(Especially when new movies come out, for the first week they should be open both downstairs and up stairs.) 4th.The drinks have a taste that tells me the fountains have not been cleaned in some time. 5th. All the theaters have a heavy smell of mildew and the carpets and seats definitely have not been cleaned in years, because every time we have been in those theaters not only have I been bitten by something or feel something crawling over my feet. 6th. The toilets "YUCK" ( not only females but Males or bad is what I've been told) I hate going into them and won't if I can help it. other then toilet paper all over the floors in the stalls some of them are over flowing. and many times I have told the ticket taker up stair's, sometimes they will call on the radio or say they will call the manager in a bit. And number 7th. The main reason we come to the movies well sad to say the sound system is not what it should be and the clarity to the movies isn't there any more either. Yet the prices are those of a high as a well kept theater when they should be that of a half price theater. This Theater could be so nice with just a bit of care. But looks like lots of people are going to other theaters. And so are the 8 of us and we like Friday or Saturday movie night once a week.

this place costs $1.00 per person and you can sit wherever you want and watch any movie for $1.00 total even if you watch 5 movies
Always a great time here. And really enjoy the new recliners. Definitely my to-go theater of choice.
I came here on a Saturday night. I had a great experience. The customer service was good. The popcorn was good and the salsa was AWESOME.I will go back.
Watched Wonder Woman... picture quality was horrible, looked like 480p download.... should have walked out but my girlfriend was really looking forward to watching this movie...They never bothered checking bags, they just waived us thru. One individual walked in with a backpack and it was clear people felt uncomfortable, given today's environment..All other theaters in town were jam packed except this one, they had sold only a few tickets .. now i know why...Never going back... too bad looked like it was a good movie
I saw "Fantastic Beasts" at the Northwoods cinema on 26 NOV 2016. Although the film was good, the projection was awful. They dim their projector bulbs (to save money, I suppose). The image on screen was so dim it was difficult to enjoy the film. Two weeks earlier on 13 NOV 2016, I saw "Arrival" at another Regal cinema (Huebner Oaks). The film was great, but again, the projection was so dim I could not enjoy the movie. If you want to enjoy a film, patronize a different theater chain. Better yet, wait and rent the film to view at home -- much more enjoyable and the popcorn is cheaper.
That will be the last time there for us. Use to really like it but now the service is terrible and the theatre we went to see Inferno tonight was filthy, Alamo Draft House for now on.
We are seniors on a budget. We also enjoy Tyler Perry so we decided to take advantage of the four dollar movie with tickets purchased before 1:00 as advertised on their website. We were charged 14.00 for two tickets. We spoke with a person saying she was the Manager (cashier). She said this particular theater did not offer the four dollar tickets. It was not offered on their website. We disagreed saying we had just read it on their website. She said "no" and left her post to check the website. She came back to tell us we were wrong. We went ahead and bought the tickets. We were angry and disappointed. Getting old is not for wimps. To add insult to injury, the movie .......wasn't worth the four dollars much less the seven we each had to pay. We will not be patronizing a Santikos theater ever again..... "help the community"...help Seniors...not us.
The place smelled the seats sucked and they need a new sound system.food was big bucks the place is small
The seating selection is horrible. Different seats have higher pricing! Horrible! You end up in a lousy seat eventhough theres plenty of great empty seat. I hate this place now!
Manager is rude and can't get help at the ticket booth. Services are very slow
