About Search Results

YP - The Real Yellow PagesSM - helps you find the right local businesses to meet your specific needs. Search results are sorted by a combination of factors to give you a set of choices in response to your search criteria. These factors are similar to those you might use to determine which business to select from a local Yellow Pages directory, including proximity to where you are searching, expertise in the specific services or products you need, and comprehensive business information to help evaluate a business's suitability for you. “Preferred” listings, or those with featured website buttons, indicate YP advertisers who directly provide information about their businesses to help consumers make more informed buying decisions. YP advertisers receive higher placement in the default ordering of search results and may appear in sponsored listings on the top, side, or bottom of the search results page.

The service is Awesome the Price is bottom line. A pleasure to do business with! I originally called a local company in San Antonio called One Source with a part #. They in turn quoted me $91.?? plus tax, telling me that "this is the manufactures price"...when I know I can buy …

The scheduling and back office are abysmal! I had to call a computer 6 times to confirm an appointment made by the first technician. 5 times the computer hung up on me during a required transfer to a person. After confirming the appointment, Sears still cancelled the appointment WITHOUT notifying me. It is a wonder that Sears still exists with such blatant disrespect for prepaid customers. The tech was nice and capable, but having my Sears mower out of service for over 3 months of mowing season due to Sears back office designed incompetence is unacceptable on any scale.

In November 2016 I hired Sears to repair my LG Washing machine that I had purchased from Sears. Pump was replaced. Paid $$ to fix it. Now in July 2017 I went to clean the filter on the machine which is on the bottom left and found that the repairman failed to replace 2 screws holding on the cover around the filter. Came off in my hand. Called and emailed Sears and they said I have a 90 day warranty and that I would have to pay the repairman to come out to finish the job. Call center is in the Philippines and they would not let me talk to anyone in the US. This means he had 2 screws left over that he put in his pocket and di not try to figure out where they went. More interested in selling me machine cleaner than finishing the job.

I will never buy anything from Sears ever again. Bought a Kenmore fridge in May 2015 and it is not even 2 years old and it is already broken. I have had a tech come out 4 times in a period of 2 weeks and it is still not fixed. So, I have no fridge for 2 weeks, and was unable to food prep for Easter, have people come out of town, with no refrigerator. Very disappointed in Sears. The customer care service was not only unhelpful, but was insistent that it was because I didn't change the filter. Yet, I have had 3 techs come out and said it was the fan! Then I had one customer care person telling me that I should contact the tech directly, making me the middle man! Excuse me, .. who is the customer here? Don't make the customer do the work for you. You should be able to "talk" to one another in Sears!!! What a nightmare!

Sears knows how to waste time and money. It took them more than 3 weeks to get a date for the Tech to come out and put on a part on my mower deck, which took the tech 10 minutes to do, I've done it before they changed their (self repair clause) in 5 minutes. Sears can work on the engine, transmission, change tires and whatnot, but they waste a ton of money on simple repairs that the customer can do themselves. Tech couldn't even find his torque wrench, I let him borrow mine and I set it to the torque specks required for the Mandrel assembly. Additionally had to rent another Garden Tractor to cut the winter kill dry grass before another fire was started from someone flicking a cigarette butt, cost to me was $250.00, Sears only would reimburse $50.00, very sad. Next purchase will be a John Deere, they have a heck of a warranty and send you parts that you can install, no questions asked.

Once we finally actually got a repairman to show up, the service was terrific. However, they scheduled THREE times and never showed up! O It's terrible. I had to take THREE days of work to get my washer repaired. That is unacceptable. I am completely dissatisfied.

your service tech GEORGE was very professional and wasted no time getting into the problem with our ice maker. he had the part on his truck. with the new part installed he was unable to make the ice maker work because a solenoid was also bad which he had to order. The part came in in three days but the service dept. told us the tech could not come back for more than two weeks. Luckily GEORGE left his number in case he was in the area. This worked out well as he was in our area two days after the part came in and we had ice two weeks before our scheduled date.

Called them to come out to fix my Kenmore washer. 1st guy showed up 4 hours late and claimed to have fixed the problem. Nope still doing the same thing. Called the 1800 number to schedule him to come back. Couldn't come back until 3 days later. I wait my 4 hour time frame the day of the repair. Call Sears since he isn't there yet. They assure me he is on the way. Another 2 hours pass and he still hasn't shown up so I call back and they say oh yeah we need to reschedule that how is next Wednesday?I say no I want to know why I spent all day waiting for the repair guy to come and he never showed up. Their response the technician didn't put any notes in as toWhy he didn't show up!!!!!! Done with Sears will never use them again!! So frustrating and disappointing!!!

I had my refrigerator freezer fixed on Saturday, July 2. Originally the visit was scheduled for Thursday but because of over scheduling, it was changed to Saturday. the young man came in and went right to work, took the bad part out and said that he had this part in his truck. He went to the truck and then came back in and put the new pat in. This took less than 15 minutes...or rather he was gone in 15 minutes and my refrigerator freezer was on the road back to getting cold again. I believe that his name was Ray Cervantes and if I ever need repairs on my Kenmore appliances, I hope that he will be the one to come out.

First guy couldn't figure out what was wrong but called someone else and concluded the problem was with a circuit board - took a week for someone else to come out and put it in - paid 500 bucks for this and the problem is still not resolved.

The repair man who repaired my Ref. came on time, identified him self. He was very knowledgeable about my old ref. and was courteous. If fact I would want to have him if any thing else goes wrong with any of our appliances. Sears you have a winner in him!!
