First time and last time. The place seems to be staffed by as well as completely operated by teenagers. 45 minutes and no drink yet??? Waste of space
We visited the San Antonio store today for my son's birthday. It was just the family celebrating and it started out great. We bowled first and had a great time, then went and ate pizza which was great, fast service, and for a decent price. It went downhill with the laser tag, gravity ropes and a…
We went there four times. Clean environment, especially restroom. Had fun and you have good selection of arcade machines, especially Pump It Up dance machine. However, the only things that bummed me are the price and that you don't have Dance Dance Revolution machine. For Pump It Up dance machin…

Frankly! I have never been to a miniature golf like this, ever!\r It is so clean and new looking. We just moved here and I was shocked at how well maintained this little oasis is. The manager and her husband were like grandma and grandpa to our kids after one visit. They were so nice. (made us h…

The place is deserted. And with good reason. Apparently if it rains any amount--even a quarter of an inch--flooding occurs and they shut everything down for the rest of the day. To add insult to injury, they informed me that my 4-hour unlimited play vouchers (along with a cover letter from that …
21. I 35 Bingo
This is the best Bingo Hall in San Antonio. Everytime I have been there I've had a great time. The staff and management are friendly, and helpful to new comers and old timers as well. The Bingo Hall is clean and you can't even tell they have a smoking section. You can not smell smoke is the nons…
This course has the best greens in town! I enjoy playing this course! It is beautiful, with great rates and really nice staff! It's close to downtown, yet not to close. Great location and I think it's a steal! This is my favorite course!
27. Extreme Fun
I just found out about this place. It's very affordable and clean. The staff is friendly and very helpful. It's not very fancy BUT it's not a total dive either. Grab a few friends with their kids and make an afternoon of it. They sell AFFORDABLE snack there too. I saw someone eating outside food…
My sisters husband was stationed at Kelly in the late 60's. I was around 10 at the time and everytime I visited San Antonio from my home in Kansas, I made sure she took me here. When I moved to San Antonio 2 years ago, one of the first places I HAD to visit was Cool Crest. It may be showing it'…
Don't waste your money on the soccer league here. No organization what so ever. Crappy communication. Game times and days change almost every week and the only communication is through email less than 24 hours before the time you were told. Coaches are rude and could care less. When asked if they could do a group text or something his response was "I don't use my personal phone for work. Check your email." Coaching is poor and there is no direction given to the 6 and 7 year olds playing. Waste of time and money. Alamo City Youth Soccer is way better and actually teaches the kids how to improve. They actually communicate to parents when needed and don't triple book the field. Yes Northwoods has triple booked the field and had too many teams show up at the same time... This organization is a joke! Don't waste your time or money here!
Horrible Customer service!!!! Spent $150, had to wait to do everything which is fair given the crowd except we watched people cut in front of us and the employees just let them. Had to sign up for the gravity ropes and wait for an hour, after being put on "the list" we decided to bowl during our wait. Had to wait for bowling of course, finally got started and midway through the game they came and moved us to a new lane so someone else could have ours, screwing up our time, making us 3 minutes late to gravity and they told us we had to go sign up for the next time slot an hour later (all because the girl wouldn't just put a harness on us and let us go up) couldn't get a manger to help us at any given time. I'm very very unhappy!!!!
I have rented Moon Jumps for Andy's on several occasion and the service is excelent. I more than recommend his service. Please keep up the great customer service.DAVE..
We went there four times. Clean environment, especially restroom. Had fun and you have good selection of arcade machines, especially Pump It Up dance machine. However, the only things that bummed me are the price and that you don't have Dance Dance Revolution machine. For Pump It Up dance machine, you charged it $1.50 per 3 songs, while most other places charged $0.50-0.75 per 3 songs.
awful. waste of time and money. does not resemble who they are supposed to and they are really creepy, not creepy good, but creepy BAD. SOOOOOOOO BAD!
Came to Cosmic night and we had a lot of fun!! The employees are very nice and willing to help. The atmosphere is great.
The place is deserted. And with good reason. Apparently if it rains any amount--even a quarter of an inch--flooding occurs and they shut everything down for the rest of the day. To add insult to injury, they informed me that my 4-hour unlimited play vouchers (along with a cover letter from that exact location/company name) would not be honored since ownership of the company had changed. What a joke for a business. And a real disappointment for my four-year-old. Go bowling or watch a movie instead.
We visited the San Antonio store today for my son's birthday. It was just the family celebrating and it started out great. We bowled first and had a great time, then went and ate pizza which was great, fast service, and for a decent price. It went downhill with the laser tag, gravity ropes and arcade. The laser tag, we stood in line for over 15 mins to find out that we had to sign up around the corner before we were supposed to get in line. We were kicked out of line, went a sign up and had to wait an hour to play. We went to play in the arcade and could not believe how much each game cost. I bought a $10 card for each of the children which only lasted a few minutes. I was very disappointed that most games costs close to $2 each. After the hour was up, we went to the laser tag and got back in line, we get to the front to find they double booked that time and even though we were the first to sign up for that time, they could not help our full group. So my mother and niece went to play games and the rest went to play laser tag. When we got in there, there were not enough vest and guns for everyone in our group and the girl did nothing but give us attitude. Telling me I would just have to sign up for another time and the rest of my group was wasting their time, she didn't want to get us a manager and was so rude about everything. The manager finally came over to resolve the issue and did help. However, after that we went to have the kids do the gravity ropes to find out we had to sign up and wait another hour. I was so frustrated with these issues. We spent over $200 for a family in one day and I will never go back. I hope to discourage anyone I can from wasting their time and money there!
While in downtown San Antonio today I decided to get a wax hand at Ripley's believe it or not... The young lady that was doing my hand had no communication skills besides telling me to place my hand in wax & water for ($8.99) pink color ($1.00) W/ yellow ($1.00) star ($1.00) i Noticed that my hand wasn't completely pink so I ask if she could redip so it would all be pink.. she did I then noticed that there was a white line on it so I asked the manager if they could fix it, give me discount or something the manager took it back and asked the young lady to fix it which i thought she did when she came back to show it to me with an little attitude she didn't ask if i liked it just showed it to me i looked up and said its ok not knowing that when it dried it was going to have air bubbles and start falling apart. I'm very disappointed that I paid $12.00 + tax for something that's falling apart 4 hrs later.
