He fixed my daughter's bike in a timely fashion. Repairs have lasted. Owner was very curteous and knowledgeable.

I have had work done on my bicycle (Wilier) and had expert service from Nick. I would highly recommend him for any bike repair. He has also worked on a friend's bike and he was also quite pleased with the prices and the service.
Great proprietor that truly loves the sport and offers excellent expertise. Be sure to call first, as they are probably out on the trails! I met the proprietor at McAllistar Park where he took time to teach me and my son how to jump. Not only were we catching air, but our technique and confid…

I am happy to say that I am a regular customer of this shop since it was established. For me, there's no other shop as good and professional as this one.
Allen tuned up my bike after having been in storage for 6 yrs. He took very good care to inspect and bring it back to working condition for a very fair price. He explained everything to me and gave me pointers as I have not ridden it in a very long time. I highly recommend him to anyone needing their bike maintained. God Bless! Maria O.
I took my Trek 4300 2006 and my Kona Kilauea in for repairs. They charged me 256.00 for both bikes, they also switch out my original parts for cheaper ones petals bars on both bikes , pedals on one, the sprockets and derailers on the trek. They did not true any of the tires or extend my handle bars they talked me into replacing them and then were going to keep the original handle bars. I WILL NEVER HAVE MY BIKES THERE AGAIN. IF YOU TAKE YOUR BIKE THERE. MAKE SURE YOU KNOW WHAT PARTS YOU HAVE AND WHICH ONES THEY REPLACE AND DONT FORGET TO GET THE OLD PARTS CAUSE YOUR NOT PAYING THEM TO KEEP YOUR OLD PARTS. THE HANDLE BARS FOR MY KONA WERE ORIGINAL I TOOK THEM WITH ME. I PAID THEM AND TOLD THEM I WAS NOT HAPPY AND WOULD BE WRITING THIS REVEIW. STICKY BRAKES WARPPED TIRES AND A SHIFTER THAT WOULDNT SHIFT INTO THIRD GEAR AND THEY DIDNT EVEN HAVE A BAR TO EXTEND THE HANDLE BARS. CHEAP WORK AND THEY SWITCHED OUT PARTS BEWARE TAKE PICTURES.
We left a bike there for 8 days for a tube repair. Life got in the way. We were told they couldn't contact us, so they left it out by the dumpster. When asked to be reimbursed for what they did since the law says that it must be kept 30 days... we were asked to leave. WE called the cops and filed a report.. We will be suing in small claims court. Once I started doing reviews online of what happened.... fake profiles started popping up discussing my weight and the fact that they tossed the bike was because I bent the frame. The bike wasn't even mine. They are getting quite childish. There's been zero empathy or attempting to fix.
I have been going to this shop since they were in their old location over 10 years ago. Don't let these other people bother you. I wouldn't let anyone except Allen touch my mountain bike. Top notch service every time.
VERY POOR WORK! OVERLY PRICED BIKES AND REPAIRS!!!!my friend took my bike to get a wheel fixed when i wen to pick it up they gave me a higher price than the appraisal! plus THEY CHARGE FOR EVERYTHING THEY FIX EVEN IF YOU DONT TELL THEM TO FIX IT. i took a perfectly working bike and by the time i picked it up it was ruined by cheap parts and messy job! (BIKE WORLD, is a better option with better bikes and cheaper repairs!!! and they guarantee their work. and if is an easy fix they will show you how. unlike this terrible place called "bike city"

I bought my first mountain bike here and, by far, I'm not disappointed at all. I talked to Luis Whittman at Bike City and he recommended the right bike for the money I wanted to spend. I still did my research and shopped around for several weeks and ended up right back where I started... at Bike City. These guys know all about bikes, (for they're riders themselves) honest, straight forward and will fit you with the best bike for your acquired needs and your budget.
Today, I experienced my worst experience (there have been plenty bad experiences) and I wll never be back to this store again. I purchased a bicycle online and installed it myself, except that I didn't fully adjust the brakes, since, as I mentioned before I have never gotten the hang of it. I also didn't install the crank arms because I couldn't find my hex set. I decided I'd swing by and see if I could pay to have these last remaining items done here. I arrived, left my bicycle on my car rack and walked inside to inquire as to whether they could perform these services for me. I was told by some younger gentleman that I could. When I brought my bicycle in the older gentleman was out and told me, contrary to what the younger person told me, that they couldn't do it that day, and that I would have to leave it. I agreed to that, which inexplicably seemed to annoy him. He then, hostilly, said he was gonna have to charge me a hundred dollars for the installation package. I assumed he meant because the crank arms needed installing. I asked, then, if I could just have the brakes adjusted, to which he said, "just go home and do your job." Immediately, I felt my blood boil, and I know I was justified since his hostility even seemed to shock the young employee and another customer that was in there browsing. Rather than start an argument with an unreasonable person, I decided my best bet was to just grab my bicycle and leave. This was about two hours ago. Since that time, I took my bicycle elsewhere and got everything I needed done. So yeah, be warned if you show up when the older guy is on his period, prepare to be treated horribly.
