Called in advance at 7 for a table and told them my ETA wouldn't be between 7:30-7:45. I was called at 7:22 and told my table would be ready. I informed them that I would arrive at about 7:45. At 7:40 I was called again. I informed them I was 10 minutes out and was in traffic. We arrived at 7:55. I was informed that it had been 53 minutes and they had to give my table away. I made a request for 7:30-7:45. How could I have been 53 minutes late? After my arrival it still took over 45 minutes to be seated. The hostesses were unprofessional by turning their backs and acting as if they didn't hear us when we asked questions. I eaten at several Pappadeaux's restaurants and had to wait but never like this.
That I love to listen to this station. Most of all I love to hear " Las Reflexxiones de Raul Brindis". I wish they were repeated at a later hour. Meaning the same that was heard in the morning, should be repeated at a later time so those of us who miss them during the day could hear …

Visiting San Antonio over the weekend from LA. Read the reviews and made an effort to find this place, and we were not disappointed. The tamales, salsa, and tortillas are amazing. If you love Mexican food, this place is a must when visiting San Antonio.

We have been waiting over 25 minutes for our food and while taking our order the order taker waited on different people who walked up. Wile taking our order. Very disappointing.
The owner is so lovely and all of the treats are incredible! If you want some traditional Mexican Candy, they also sell it here!
Daisy is the tax representative and owner of the company and Maggie works as her receptionist. I’ve been going to her sonce 2013 and have even recommended her to different people countless of times but for some reason the people I would recommend her to would have problems with her and go elsewhere. Never understood why because she was great to me and my husband until this tax year (for 2017). Had a fallout with her because she changed the refund amount dramatically from $3,600, to $2,800 to $1200 and finally the last straw was when she told us we’d only get $900. There was discrepancies with our paperwork when we turned them in in March and she failed to notify us as soon as possible causing us to miss the deadline. We wanted to keep going to her even though we moved out of town because we are loyal customers and the service she provided beforehand was great. Decided to get a second opinion elsewhere and decided to file with them instead. Two days later I get a call from Daisy stating she didn’t appreciate what we did and told me she would no longer be filing our taxes from now on and hung up on me. Highly unprofessional and would not have expected that from her because of the countless certifications and awards she has hanging on her wall. Maggie was great had no problems her and helped anytime I called and needed her help.
Although the government has caused delays in refunds being that it was intermittently closed. Snapback taxes has done everything within their means. To make this delay with tax returns that has been caused by the government. Yet another phenomenal service in getting their customers tax return as speedy as possible! Owners are very tentative to their customers, and always take constructive criticism to make their customers satisfied, and are great at ensuring excellence!
Brenda was our Server. Extremely professsional, polite and sincere. Great Server!!
Went to the restaurant while I was going to the doctor. I live out of town which is disappointing. I am disabled and can't drive or I would drive over the hour to get there. This is the best Tha I restaraunt in San Antonio. Their lunch specials end at 3:00 pm and we arrived after the lunch rush. I had the mango and coconut sweet rice for desert, scrumptious. For lunch I had the L-11 Thai Esan Spicy Basil Noodle-drunken noodle with tofu. It was very good. The noodles are clear and to die for. Their food is meant to eat there not to go, just as an FYI.
We decided for a break from Tex-Mex during our stay and ate here on the recommendation from our hotel. Both our meals were delicious. My wife had a special request and they handled it flawlessly. As great as the meal was, our server, Shannon, was even better. She easily developed a rapport with us. She was attentive but never hovering, and provided knowledgable recommendations. I may have been mistaken, but I thought the manager may have been wearing a Dickie. Haven't seen one in 40 years. Overall, a delightful evening.
Everybody was awesome. Food was excellent. Wish it was in a better part of town.
Very disappointing. Pay a Little extra and go to Texas de Brazil. Texas Roadhouse has a better ribeye for half the price.
