I travel from city to city and I found the service and food exceptional!!! I truly love this place and will always come here when I am in town. I made sure to tip well because the waitress earned it.

came here for lunch.The staff was very friendly.I had the roast beef panini. It was good. I especially like the bread and the way it was toasted.My friend had the lasagna. It was very good also.The prices were very reasonable.I will go back.
I came here for lunch on a weekday. The customer services was good. I had a coupon so the price was great. The food was average.The decorations are really neat.

The lunch special prices were good. The prices on other items appeared to be high.It was very cold in there. I recommend wearing long sleeves and/or bringing a jacket or sweater.
Below average. I came here for lunch with a group of 6. The service was slow. We were seated in an area that was previously reserved so we had to move after taking our orders. The server didn't remember who ordered what and some of the orders were wrong.Everybody in the group said the food tasted fine. The lunch prices are reasonable. I probably will not go back.

We visited San Antonio the beginning of February. We ordered from here one night to be delivered to our hotel, It took over 90 min to arrive very cold. I was not asked to sign anything. I got charged an enormous amount $. I have requested several times for a receipt be emailed to me and still have not received one. Now today checking bank acct. I noticed they decided i needed to pay more. I was charged and addt'l $36.88 today a month later. Not happy. My bank will be reversing these charges, their mailbox is full so I cant even leave them a message!!!
The management team does not have their act together. They keep employees late for no other reason than petty personal grievances, which means those of us who are customers as well as friends of employees who need a ride home must wait, sometime over two hours for the lazy, petty management team to let the employee who is being punished to go home. I have literally spent more time in their parking lot waiting than in the restaurant enjoying dinner.
I ordered off of grubhub, and the guy knocked on my door, gave me my food, and then literally ran away before I had a chance to even say thank you. I checked the order and they had the wrong dessert and forgot my pizza. I called the restaurant and told the lady about that, and she said, "let me call the driver," and then she hangs up. She didn't say, "please hold," or, "I will call back." She literally just hung up. I then called back saying I got hung up on, and the lady (the same lady I had recently spoken to) said, "I didn't hang up on you, I told you I was calling the driver!" By the way, it was in a very annoyed and rude tone. I then told her that she had not given me any details on whether I would get a call back or anything, so that's why I called back to double check. She said, "again, I told you I was calling the driver!" I then asked if she would call me back to update me, and she said yes. Seven minutes later, I hadn't heard anything. I called back and she said the driver was on his way Hank with my pizza. It's been a while, and I haven't gotten anything. I'm guessing I won't get my $10 pizza. So, to summarize, the service was probably the worst service I've ever had. Also, and to be fair, I haven't gotten the opportunity to eat the pizza (and probably never will), but the food was DISGUSTING! If you're service is going to be absolutely deplorable, your food better at least be good. Worst experience ever. Please don't waste your money or time,
This place moved away over 8 years ago and is still advertised as being on Loop 410! WHY? WHY? WHY? NO ONE CARES ABOUT PROVIDING THE CORRECT LOCATION?????
