This is the funnest bar in SA in my opinion! I always have a great time, everyone is either friendly or at least polite, and it's expanding now. Like a little Gilley's (which I wish I could gone there at the time) it's just cool. Good music too and never a cover...drinks are cheap too.

From Business: No one really knows who invented barbeque. In America, it probably originated during the cattle drives of the 1800s, as chuck wagon cooks tried to tenderize inexpensive cuts of meat for the trail drivers. But the Chinese could lay claim to having a form of BBQ long before America was discovered, as well as the Romans and t…
As tourists, a local friend suggested the best bbq in town and we were very happy that we listened! We got there towards closing time so menu was limited. We had pulled pork and ribs - they were the best bbq we've had! I also had pulled pork tacos and added the cole slaw. Yummy! The place added to its charm, but can be limited seating if you come during busy times.
Tourist trap. Service and atmosphere were great as it is in the middle of riverwalk, but food was not good. I ordered the flautas and it was just ok. My boyfriend ordered steak and he was very disappointed. It was cheap meat and overcooked. He barely ate it.
Great local eatery!! Not the chain processed food. The food was awesome!!!!
Good food good beer, we love it
I'm a frequent visitor to Bill Miller's BBQ restaurants. I visited this location yesterday via the Drive Thru. I ordered a BBQ Poor Boy meal. I asked for lean beef and I received dry, old, and not tasty at all beef. It was bad enough that I could only eat half. I have had wonderful Bill Miller experiences, and I've other bad ones. This one just left me pretty disappointed. :-(
Live closer to the one on Bitters, but travel here due to service and quality of food.
I Bought menudo from this place it is horrible!!! For a tea sized cup it was $11.00 dollars also they don’t serve with tortillas for the menudo they charge extra!! THEIR WAS ABOUT 10 PIECES OF HOMENY SHE CLAIMS SHE PUT ALOT WHICH IS A BIG LIE!! The lady that claims she’s the owner her name is Amy Rios! She is super rude and clearly dose not know how to be in charge! All she does is yell over the phone and does not give good customer service!! This place is horrible!!!! DONT NOT COME TO THIS PLACE!!!! KEEP YOUR MONEY!!!
Great meats, sauce and amazing mustard based potato salad. A must when visiting Texas. For you wet v. Dry rub types, try the RUDYS BBQ "sause". The vinegar base will definitely win over North Carolinians. Super friendly pit boss who wont steer ya wrong.
The person on the drive thru speaker thinks that speaking like an auctioneer will decrease service times. In reality you cant understand a word and that makes it take twice as long!
