I ordered an ice cream cake for a birthday celebration and it was pretty good. There were lots of compliments from the guests. The customer service was nice as well. I ordered on a Friday and needed the cake Monday. They called me on Saturday to make sure they had all the info they needed to make my cake special. The only thing is, I wish they had given me instructions. That may sound silly, but the shop is about 10 minutes from my office where the cake was to be served. I thought the 10 min drive and walk to my building would be plenty of time for the ice cream to soften up a bit for cutting. It was very tough to cut because it was still so frozen...we even used a knife dipped in warm water. I think they should let folks know to let it sit out a bit before cutting into the cakes. Other than that, it was a great experience.
Ordered the chicken chimichanga. Cheese on top was like melted Cheez Whiz. Inside was very little chicken and a gravy sauce. Rice was crunchy throughout. Only edible part was the retried beans. Bartender was ok although he got my initial order wrong. Was given a free beer for the error so can't complain too much about that. But I would not go back.

Looked this up for the store phone number to order a party pack for tomorrow. I am now going to save it in my phone. I have already filled up a couple of punch cards. So my kids and I are in there a lot! It is a real treat for us. I have never ever seen the kids shaving not wearing gloves. We like to stand at the side to watch them make our treats. So I say the other review is seriously mistaken.
This staff served their friends first and even walked in and were not even on the clock and just started making shaved ice for themselves and their friends. It was very unorganized and they orders would not even come out correctly. They were also not wearing gloves to make these. We also witnessed one of the staff members dig through the trash for the receipt to see who the shaved ice belong to without gloves and it was ours. The manager was just on the phone and allowing the staff to be rude and obnoxious. We will definitely not come back to this location!!!!!
