Dear Brandon:I'm sorry that Billy Bobs has placed you in this position of reviewing my complaint, especially since you say that you have no knowledge of mechanical matters, and I don't believe that you had anything to do with the repairs on my motorhome, or the subsequent billing. 1. You are mistaken in saying that I was present for most of the repairs: I visited 4 times on the first day, 3 times on the second day, and once on the third day, at an average of 30 mins. each time. 2. On my 3nd visit, 2nd day, I sat in the office, facing the manager and asked him what my costs were adding up to. He would not answer me, so at that point I became worried. 2. On the third day, when presented with my bill I was shocked and disappointed, because I genuinely like the staff at Billy Bobs. I held my emotions inside, as I have learned that it is better to investigate and think before reacting. Also, at that time I had no idea that the $643.26 repair to my tail and dash ights would fail, the moment I turned them on. 3. The next day I sent an email to Mr. Yow regarding the failure of this expensive repair, providing an opportunity for a resolution. Sadly, once again, I received no response.
The A/C in my car was making an awful rattling noise that quickly got worse over a few days until it reached a point in which neither my husband and I wanted to drive it. It needed to be repaired ASAP so we didn't risk losing our sanity every time we had to drive it. Due to my work schedule, my husband's work schedule, and having a 10.5 month old baby at home, I would have to wait while the car was repaired. We just moved into the area a few months ago, so we had to find an automotive shop. I found Patriot Automotive on YP so I called them to see if they had time in their schedule to service my car. They were already booked/busy for the rest of the day, but Mike managed to squeeze me into the schedule so I could be on my way with same-day service. My car was fixed for a reasonable price within a reasonable amount of time and I was thankfully NOT pestered with suggested add-on services. I greatly appreciated Mike's help at Patriot Automotive, and we will be sure to bring them our business again when needed.
I purchased a used Lexus from North Park Toyota, an affiliated dealership. After attempting several remedies to remove what I initially thought were water spots (the issue ended up being etching from bird droppings), I contacted the North Park dealership General Manager. He was already suggesting how to fix the issue before I had even completed the description. He then suggested I would be better off having anything done at the affiliated North Park Lexus dealership. He promised a call back from North Park Lexus; I received a call from the Lexus General Manager in less than ten minutes. Suffice it to say, I was blown away with their response. I got an appointment that afternoon, and they are taking care of the issue, in a manner that was extremely positive and painless. I found myself thinking about how I could implement such a positive customer service process at the company where I work. This was an absolutely awesome experience, and my compliments to both dealership service departments and management!
I went by unanouced and was immediately acknowledged by one of the guys who then waited for me to approach and asked what he could do for me , I explained that I was looking for a deal on a used tire as my financial situation was vary tight he asked what size I needed, in this case ap215/60 R16 he the said let me see and went to check they had 3 available they ranged from pretty good to "I don't think so. I asked how much he said there bottom was $30.00 bucks Whick I could swing then pointing to what was obviously the best of the bunch asked including that one he said yes that one could be had for the bottom price of $30.. I was delighted having been to 4 other tire shop and being quoted prices ranging from $50-$40 for far more inferior tires. Neadless to say I bought the tire and was on my way in less than 30min. That was 6 months ago now and have had zero issues with the tire thankfully. that $30 bucks included mounting and balancing plus without my asking checked and aired the other tires.
This store, this one on Military, has to have the most amazing management that you will find anywhere! We built a 6,000 SF home in 2015. Our GC allowed us to select and purchase as many of our construction materials as we desired. We selected this store for the majority of those purchases. Store Manager, Melissa Dovalina and key members of her team: Stacy, Stephanie, and Brian to name just a few, made the entire selection, purchase, delivery (some returns and/or replacements) almost effortless. I won't deceive. Yes, there were some tense moments (and conversations) when special orders or replacement orders didn't arrive when expected (or needed). Building a house can be frustrating and extremely time consuming, as can working in retail... and tempers can flare. Those tense times were few and far between, and everyone on Melissa's team moved past them with graciousness and professionalism.Amazing service on the part of this Home Depot staff!
I took my 2000 Ford Contour in for jerking when I was driving. Scott looked at my car and had it diagnosed later on that day. He quoted me a reasonable price for the issue plus a tune up. My dad and I decided to get the work done. Scott said he could possibly have it done that day later in the afternoon. I went ahead and waited to check the next day as I know these things can take time. When I called Scott said that all the initial issues were fixed but there was one more urgent matter that needed to be taken care of. I told Scott lets go ahead and get it done because I want my car to be in good shape. He ordered the part and they got it to him very quickly and my car was fixed. All I can say is that I am thankful for people like Scott that take pride in their work and getting it done right. He really looked out for me and I am a very happy customer.
I have taken my land rover, which no one wants to work on and twice they have done a good job no let me reword it they did a great job . Me being a business owner I love customer service and i will not settle for anything less. In working on things I know that anything can go know and that is to be accepted. But good service you have or you don't. I am a person that if you give bad service I would let you know and I will not stand for it . But when I get good service I want to come back and tell my people about the great experience and how I can implemented in my store. I been in there and i will continue to go back. I have been to a lot of car repair shops over the years, however the people are are above reproach, very friendly, neat, and care about the customer. They did a diagnois on mytruck along with a estimate to have it repaired. The price was more than fair, the servicewas quick, and the best part was they came in under the estimate they gave me to fixmy truck, how many people would do that, they are more than fair, I would highly recommend this business establishment to any and all people needing auto repairs.They made a customer of me for lifeThanks
I have been doing business with Bring Your Own Parts since they opened. They have always done me right. They always give me options to choose from and even let me see what needs to be done. The guys are friendly and helpful. i don't know alot about cars so they put me at ease. i know that BYOP will be straight with me and that is all I ask. I recommend them to my friends and family and will continue to do so. My experience has always been good with them fixing my car as quickly as they can. I will continue to do business with BYOP!!!
