I met Mr. Gomez through my daughter-in-law, in May of 2015, after relocating back to San Antonio from MN to spend some time with my family. Their home needed lots of TLC including everything from flooring, painting, plumbing and just about everything in between. Usually, these guys come out, are in a hurry, cut corners, send you a bill and are on their way. NOT this group! Although busy, Mr. Gomez presented, Saturday, the day the crew began. He was so easy to talk to and wanted to make sure everything got off to a good start. Easily reachable by phone he will personally find the products you are looking for and send them to you via text for approval. At 63, with careers in both nursing and social work, you might say I've been around the block a time or two, National Home Improvement, without question, IS the best company of its kind that I have ever witnessed. This may have been the first time that we have worked together but it certainly will not be the last! Mr. Gomez and crew are punctual, organized, in constant communication, able to guide you to the best choices while keeping costs down, friendly, trustworthy while in your home, respectful, and organized. This is the most productive home improvement team I have ever worked with in Texas or Minnesota. The quality of the materials they use and of their work is stellar. Even so, they are always there to work with you when the job requires cost savings but good craftsmanship. I cannot imagine that anyone would not be pleased to have this home improvement team on their side. I'd be willing to stake my reputation on it, I am that pleased!. Best of all...they are able to do just about any job you might need done, save washing the windows!. Thanks National Home Improvement for making a couple of ladies lives a much nicer place to live in!

I called Mr. Gomez about a leaking roof, emanating from the valley area of the roof. He arrived at my house for an estimate, as promised. He got up on the roof and assessed the problem, lifting the shingles and underlayment to examine it. He said that they would replace the underlayment in that area, going up to the apex and that they would add metallic flashing to the valley. He said I did not need new shingles. He wrote an estimate for the repair. Later, I agreed to have the work done. He sent 3 men to make the repairs. They were 2 hours late, but completed the repairs exactly as estimated. I haven't had a problem with that area since!

I had my entire home redone by Texas Concept. I can honestly say they did the best work I've seen. I would recommend them to my family, friends and strangers. The men that came out each day worked so hard and were very nice and honest. The owner was such a nice man. He cares for his customers and it shows. He personally came out and checked on things and made sure I was happy. He even gave me his personal number if I needed anything or had any questions. If I ever need anymore work done I know who I'm be calling. Texas Concepts!

Had someone come out yesterday to give me an estimate on kitchen remodel. I already know what I want done, design wise. Not sure he wrote anything down, but threw out a number. I'm not sure how he came up with the number, and didn't leave an estimate. I called and left him a message, that I wanted an written estimate, but still haven't heard back. I will move on to someone else.

Texas Concepts did a Great job of installing Porcelain Tile in our home !! The team work was professional, no bad language and they did not argue at anytime ! The work turned out Excellent and I am so Proud of the way the house looks ... 3/4 of house done in Tile !I RECCOMMEND them to ALL who want Remodeling done in the home, roofing and all other services they provide !

From the very start Gary was very helpful in planning and executing plans for my new kitchen. He brought samples and had a precise schedule of completion. Also the price he quoted me was right on and I had no problems with work order changes. I would recommend his company for any home project.

My yard was extremely tall and unmanageable for me. I was recommended to Santiago and his services by a friend. I am glad that I made the call. Not only did he trim, edge and clean my yard, but he worked at a reasonable price. Now, my lawn and landscape looks wonderful.

We contacted four companies to come give estimates for our roof. This was the fourth company we contacted and it turned out to be a waste of time. The salesman wasn't very proffessional and never returned our quote in a timely manner so we went with another company.

Texas Concept came out to extend my patio for me and did a fantastic job. Their men were professional and kept the job site clean and safe for me and my family. If you have a home improvement they will get it done in a timely fashion with quality workmanship.

I had a minor repair need. Awesome price, no up sale pitch, just came and made the repair with no fuss ON THE NEXT DAY. No scheduling an estimate in 3 or 4 days and rescheduling the repair in another week. Highly recommend.
