Mr. Fawkes, I am reaching out to you to address your concerns about ABA Center for Excellence. When I read your review I was disheartened and would like to communicate with you so that your concerns are addressed. We exist to serve our community and I'm saddened to hear that you felt the need to post your concerns in this form. I wish to have the opportunity to address your concerns. I'm disheartened by this review as we pride ourselves on our strict adherence to our "conduct guidelines" spelled out by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) as well as our own ethical guidelines. All of our therapists are screened very carefully before we hire them. They are required to answer questions about ethical dilemmas, they have extensive background checks conducted, and are provided with one month of intensive training and weekly trainings for the course of their internship, which is usually one year in duration. Additionally, we check in on families routinely to assess their satisfaction with our services. We typically get positive feedback from our families and follow up if they have had any concerns. We train our therapists on how to dress in a manner that is respectful to their clients as we understand that our clients have a wide range of values and emphasize being respectful of those values when we are in their homes. If we had any indication that one of our therapists behaved in a manner that is not therapeutic, we would take immediate corrective action. We do not tolerate unethical behavior from our therapists. Our billing department is also trained in helping our clients access resources and to work with them in a flexible manner. I am a mother and have been denied services to my child in the past due to insufficient funds and I feel obligated to provide services to people regardless of their financial situation. In fact, a large percentage of our clients receive services through scholarships and grants to which we have applied. We travel to remote areas and work with anybody that would benefit from our services. We use this service for both my mother and my husbands Aunt. My mother only when we go away, and had a lovely person come everyday to sit with her and cook her meals in the evening. For my husbands Aunt, she is in a care home, but requires someone to sit with her to keep her calm. We have had the same main person for over a year and she's been a godsend. She goes above and beyond her duties. Integrity is very dependable.

I love ABA Center for Excellence. My son has learned so much from the therapists. From the beginning, I was relieved when my child's therapist showed up with a bag full of toys and now he looks forward to his ABA therapy sessions.
I had an opportunity to use Circle of Care for my child with speech and developmental delays. They started services right away and were very professional. I would highly recommend Circle of Care to all who need their services.
